It would have been helpful in your description of the items in the Williams auction to have mentioned that the Victorian dining room chairs have a verbal provenance linking them to Rudyard Kipling's Dummerston home. They're not just any set of Victorian chairs, they're Kipling's set, and if there are any Kipling fans around they would probably be interested in bidding on them, whether or not they need a set of chairs.
