That's a hoot. If you can see the colour of someone's eyes then you might be a litle close for comfort.

thats not efficient cost wise...most drivers once licensed do not have physical reasons effecting their driving. Not until they reach a more mature age, when sight, reflexes etc start to fail. Speaking as a person who was hit by an elderly driver, I fully support this bill. My family was taken by ambulance to the hospital( one child just 2 years old) when the old man slammed into the rear of our car while stopped at an intersection. Then he kept on driving. Thank god we were all ok, but I endured lost time from work, pain and months of PT. This man should never have been driving.
