God bless his family. This is tragic, especially at this time of the year.

My prayers go to Sue and her daughters. Yes they were no longer together but they still shared a bond that could never be broken, those beautiful girls. They lost their Dad at Christmas. No matter what the cause of the accident their lives, and holiday will be changed forever. I pray that those that have venum in them will remember that before they post evil comments. No matter what Tim had done in the past, respect his children and keep your poison to yourself.

"...It is unclear at this time, however, if drugs or alcohol were involved, Walsh said..."

Is it really necessary that this be said in the article?? The man has died. Can't the newspaper have respect for him and his family at this time?
May he rest in peace.

Very true! If it wasnt a fact that they were present in his body at the time of the crash they shouldn't even put it in the article. Thats how rumors are started.

Sooo true..Tim may have been alot of things, but this I know (I was dating him at the time of his death) he was the most gentle caring compasionate person I know...As he and I said often together THE PAST IS THE PAST, THE FUTURE IS WHAT U MAKE IT...he lived for those girls...his eyes glittered with love when he spoke of them...He was doing everything he was supposed to, to better his life for his girls and us...RIP MY LOVE!!
