Another success story from the time of the reign of Ruberto. Pittsfield's least ethical comtemporary mayor, who at times was referred to as hostile, threatening, irrational and dysfunctional. And this successful success story in Pittsfield's successful multi million dollar cultural district doesn't end with the gallery just moving on.
