Statistically it is usaually a family member or close friend who does these crimes,,,,, odds are on step-daddy. Why is he drinking and getting carried off to the hospital?
Better question is why is he in that home with this little girl.

Its obvious he has issues....

"Though authorities suspected no signs of trouble in the home when the search initially launched according to Fox News, police now believe foul play was involved in the death of the young girl “based on what [they had] seen visually.”

okay, so now again we have a problem of Law Enforcement assuming there was nothing wrong at home, so they haven't done anything for a week. Now they are going to get into it. Do police not believe that first evidence is the most crucial to any case anymore? or do they just think the evidence will hang around and preserve itself till they get around to it, or they change their minds and decide, oh yes, the family might have something to do with the crime afterall! I can not even begin to imagine why police didn't suspect Wendell Noyes immediately. Do police not have to go through any training anymore? Doesn't anyone in investigations have any common sense these days? No wonder none of these missing/murdered child cases ever get solved and no one is held accountable. Too much precious time and evidence is wasted, gone by the wayside, or not even recognized. Sad for these young children who never stood a chance and still don't even when it comes down to justice for them. God Bless you, Celina. I hope you are at peace and in a much better place with God. Shameful and pathetic that no one in the family cared or had the decency or intelligence to get you out of that sick and twisted environment that you had no other choice to be in. Evidently Wendell's facebook friends never phased anyone, afterall, anybody could see them, it was and is all public. Real nice social activity for a recently married man to be engaging in. I hope his wife is real proud of him. Both he and the mother should have been arrested and locked up. They know what happened!

EXCELLENT post Texan, and so true. I tell ya, these LE agencies and investigators do it every time!!! The very place they ought to be investigating right from the beginning IS IN THE HOME!!! Can't they ever see what is right under their nose? Are they ALL stupid and stumbling around like a bunch if idiots? They "believe" anything a lyin' perp says, a criminal, a mother who takes criminals into her home? What is WRONG with them!

What little girl only 11 years old disappears right out of her own home in the dark of night, alone, wandering around, later to be found in a river bed? Jesus. They didn't even consider they had a crime on their hands until AFTER she was found wrapped in a blanket DEAD and decided this 'must' be foul play, THEN they look into the home?

Honest to God, I read somewhere that someone even speculated that she could have fallen and hit her head on a rock! In the dark, all by herself, frightened, in the dead of night!!!? I just can't believe the utter stupidity I read.

Oh, but finally it's a crime and step-daddy ain't looking so good, eh? Well, WHEN DID HE EVER?! And where's mama in all this? Why is SHE keeping dead silent? She's a suspect too as far as I'm concerned for even moving such trash into her daughters home! She needs to be locked up too.

Good Morning Anne and thanks. I just couldn't understand why LE wasn't suspicious right off the bat with Celina's home and its occupants. Maybe I interpreted this article wrong, but it made it sound like police didn't bother much at the home or the family for a week, but mainly concentrated on searching. They did a great job on that! brought in the FBI and every resource they could. Lowered the river and utilized divers and sonar equipment and found her. Thank goodness for that.

Fortunately, I don't think the guilty are that sharp or let's say clean, so hopefully crucial evidence will still be able to be found. There has been two trucks taken in. One being a Red one that the 23 yr. old convicted car jacker drives and the silver ford that wendell noyes owns. It was posted on family members facebooks that Celina's wet clothes may have been found in the back of the red pickup and that police were looking at the undercarriage of the silver one and they had the bed protected and tarped. I'm willing to bet one of those vehicles contains enough evidence to prove Celina was transported using one of those pickups.

From what I have learned, Celina's home was known around town as the "party stop." Trash and traffic going in and out all the time. Seems the mother was employed not too far from the home at the consignment store, so that tells us where all the girls clothes came from. I don't believe the step father of 9 months is employed. It is being said he is "retired" and collects disability. Don't know how he could be retired from the Military, but that is what he claims. More like just living off the Govt. for what he can get including medical. Then there is the 23 yr old felon who is the mother's ex boyfriend's son who lives there. Don't know that he is employed or not, but he is the one who took over the girl's bedroom. Sounds to me like there were five people living in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt. with a cellar/basement within this big old rundown house with a swinging door to undesirables known for heavy drinking, probable drug use and pedophilia along with previous sex offenses. No kind of atmosphere or environment for two young girls agaes 13 and 11. Photos are now circulating of the girls and they speak for themselves. I feel so sorry they had to live like they did. I am not understanding why the oldest girl, Kayla, has not been taken into the State's custody, but so far there is no confirmation or word as such. Maybe she has by now, but she did go visit her bio dad the day after and supposedly is still with her mother at another relatives. Surely family services or someone has to be looking out for her best interests and protection! Poor girl was the one out looking for her sister that Tuesday morning door to door while her mother and step father sat in the house. Why was the mother not looking herself and contacting police? I think because she already knew harm had come and it was too late. So instead, she did nothing!

Ahhhh Texan, that is such a tragic story. Makes my heart hurt to know this dear sister was out looking for poor Celina going door to door and no one else cared. I can tell ya right now, I despise that mother and I don't even know her. Just knowing the filth and degradation she had her two young girls living in is enough for me.

I am so SO sick of these women that don't take care of their children, just bed down with any old piece a shyt that comes along. Look, if I could take care of a baby by myself, love and adore him, and me still a teenager at the time, poor and with no help, go to school, work two jobs and eventually send myself to college, why the HELL can't these women look after their kids!!!!?

Course, I didn't drink either or run with fools who did, never heard of drugs then and never allowed ONE man to bed down with me in OUR home in front of MY child, and me with a child in the house... Ain't NO WAY I would have brought a low class POS sicko man around my little boy, let alone marry one. Guess I always knew better than to expose my little boy to filth, but why the hell don't they???!!!

I'm just sick about what is happening to all the children now. Sorry mothers who don't give a fat damn. I hope they ALL get their just due in time.

This POS Wendell is not retired from any military. He wasn't in there long enough to retire. His last shrink attested to him most likely having gotten his mental illness while he was in the military so that is likely how he wound up getting disabililty from the gov'mt, when I'd guarandamntee you he doesn't have a mental disability at all, just knew how to use it as a crutch to get money out of the gov'mt and it worked for him.

He's been using it ever since to get his way. Now he's got his sorry family telling everybody to leave him alone, poor thing can't take anymore. B/S!!!! The b'stard needs his azz behind bars for the rest of his sorry life, lyin' fakin' POS.

Texan, the State Children & Family Services won't take custody of Kayla, or remove her from the home until they have had complaints made to them about her living conditions and possible abuse. Someone has to make bona fide complaints to them before they have something to investigate and if deemed warranted after their investigation, THEN they will take action according to family court guidelines.

But they don't just drive by, look in, speculate that there may be a problem when they have no complaints to follow up on. They don't work that way. SOMEBODY needs to file come complaints in Kayla's behalf; I'm sure she wouldn't know how to go about it herself. These poor kids never know what to do and are so threatened by the adults that if they say anything, all the bad things that will happen to them all. She is totally at their mercy and doesn't know any better. Poor girl.

That's exactly what I think too! and couldn't have said it any better Anne! You hit the nail on the head with that one. And how could Wendell even blame the Air Force for his mental illness? Thats a bunch of BS. I seriously doubt he had any major job or career within that caused any of that. Besides, I'm still trying to confirm how long he was even enlisted before he was tossed out. Years ago, often times, it was a decent way of giving a dishonorable discharge to an enlistee that the military just wanted to get rid of anyway. He's probably milked the system this whole time and used his Schizo Paranoia to his advantage when necessary. Some are speculating he may have been selling his free pills and drugs due to all the shady traffic in and out at all hours. Pretty sure he was a local barfly or drinks a lot and probably did in that house. No tellin what those girls had to listen to or endure. So sad.

Oh that's just terrible Anne, down here in Tx. if there is a crime or murder, I'm almost positive that the TDFS, steps in immediately to investigate. I know a little 4 yr. old suffocated in the family SUV here recently, and the Texas CPS was all over it and removed the other 2 or 3 children from the home. I understand what you are saying, but Kayla, the sister, is still surrounded by someone who may have raped and killed her sister! Since no one has been taken into custody or arrested, and certain POS's are free to check in and out of mental hospitals themselves, and roam about freely, I'd think the State Troopers of NH and even the FBI would be monitoring her or something! I know I am sure concerned for her welfare. I hope someone professional reaches the sister and she is just not kept shielded by her mother or other relatives. She is going to need a lot of therapy and comfort for not being at the home the night Celina was harmed and having her sister drugged, raped, beaten, and no tellin what else and then dumped in the river or what ever that body of water was close by home. This is a terrible child crime that involves more than one! Praying for an arrest or news soon.

Texan, I read somewhere last night that (as you know) Wendell had checked himself into the mental hospital, and Kayla & the mother are staying with a relative, so she's still not out of harm's way. As long as that girl is under the control of her stupid half-brain-dead mother she might as well be on the mercies of the world. Oh yes, poor Kayla is going to need a lot of therapy; even if nothing happened to her sexually,(which I would almost bet you any amount of $ that BOTH of those girls were being raped, and very likely drugged) she is going to have to deal with it, that she was not with Celina the night she was brutally killed and somehow have to learn not to blame herself. This could be a lifelong psychological problem for Kayla, even if she had no other problems which she clearly does, living in that environment.

The only other way the Children & Family Services will intervene without a complaint(s) being filed Texan, is if investigating LE officers issue arrest warrant(s) for a crime that has been comitted in the home, or takes the custodial parent to jail, and asks the Children & Family Services to come and remove the minor children. There has to be a crime comittted that places the children in danger. Until then, Kayla is at her sorry POS mothers' mercy. She has custody and can take her anywhere she wants too as long as she has no criminal charges lodged against her. That includes back in the home with Wendell too, unless criminal charges are placed against him; even then, Kayla would be left right there with her POS addled-brained mother. You believe that shyt???!

Yes, I do Anne, now that you tell me that. I don't think the mother has any criminal or bad history that has surfaced as of yet anyway. And I sure haven't seen anything reported anywhere that Kayla is any other place than with her mother at some undisclosed family members home and that the supposed bio father, Adam Laro, is not involved or been consulted. Why is he a Laro and Celina a Cass? Kayla's last name is Laro. Adam gave up his rights to Celina, but what about Kayla? Did Louisa change Celina's name to Cass, for Govt. benefit purposes? or was Louisa not married to Adam Laro when Celina was born? Sounds dysfunctional to say the least, but Kayla probably knows more than anyone or would be able to answer questions as to who may have harmed Celina. I still do not know if she was freely on an overnighter or was told to go. I think it was said she spent the night at a friend's house close by and that the mother called her the next morning to tell her Celina was gone. Kayla is the one who began going door to door frantically looking. Supposedly Louisa and Wendell were at home and Louisa was so distraught she couldn't call police. Wendall sure didn't call em either! I think those two know what happened, and that's why Wendell checked himself in and wasn't cooperating. I'd like to know what Louisa has told police, if anything.
