An Erie lawyer is asking Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook to arrange for an independent autopsy of the remains of inmate who died at the State Correctional Institution at Albion on Jan.

I think you know what he was in prison for and surely it wasn't to entitle prison staff to inflict some extra-judicial punishment on him.

That staff is in that prison for a reason too. Some of them are on the wrong side of the bars. Public employees who put the rest of us at risk beyond their outrageous pay and benefits need to be hounded into cells themselves.

I agree that 90% of prison staff are worthless, pathetic people. But I honestly do not know what Austin was in prison for. I will GOGGLE the matter amd find out.

okay, i now know what Austin was in prison for. In my opinion it is a pretty safe bet that he is a better person than the prison employees at least in the eyes of the God Almighty.

No. It makes them exactly the same IF what's alleged is true. The sores apparently are 'true'; that they were caused by willful neglect hasn't been proved. No one is suing 'god almighty', they're suing US.
