So, this is the type of person the US court system allows to prey upon us, as long as the offender's rights are protected! I am SHOCKED that a Vermont court set bail so high. The guy should have been remanded. Too bad the victims cannot sue the judges who let this predator free to claim additional victims - and we only know the stuff for which he has been caught!

Hey Fred, I'm as shocked as you are. Mr. James, at 41 years of age, is what we call a "Career Criminal". There is absolutely no chance for this mans rehabilitation, None!!! He has proven this time and time again with his blatant disregard for the law. Mr. James doesn't want to play by the rules. He needs to be remanded to the ground. Take this little piece if wasted human flesh out back of the prison and put one in his ear. Problem solved!

LMAO YER the ones that let these people get away with this, you won't get yer chickens to stay in their cages, unless they are watched by hungry foxes. the system in VT, is failing, and soon EVERYone will have to deal drugs, comit crimes, steal, and burgalarize to make any kind of money to just buy food and pay rent. no one is hiring, no one is paying good money, and no one is being punished for the crimes they DO comit, so why would they wanna' stop? the only ppl that get anything from the government are single women on social security dissability, that aren't even dissabled lol...they get food stamps, a big box of narcotics, and all kinds of free food and services, so why would ANYone want that to stop/

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Pisces

Family, friends and in-laws are all hard to please. It is better to please yourself for once, dear Pisces, than to bang your head against a wall. You need to relax and get in touch with your own feelings. Do not hesitate to speak up for someone you care about. Someone may try to curtail your freedom. Set them straight and do not give in.
