I trust Obama's decision making process much more than I trusted George Bush's. We cannot leave a vacuum of lawlessness in Afghanistan which can be dominated by crime and warlords. We have the leave the country with basic governmental institutions functioning - so society can stabilize over time.

Obama = Satin
It's end of days.

So sad. You think we are stupid?
Obama was going to have us out of Iraq and Afghanastan within a year.
He called it an unnecessary war. Uh oh.... Now he has himself in the same situation as the former president. And even adding more troops.
He was going to end the wars, and the economic instability. He has now added to both. Heavily.
Those that voted for Obama have what they wanted.

Even the Democratic Liberal offspring love the Banksters!
"Former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are planning a wedding. Their daughter Chelsea Clinton, 29, has announced plans to wed her longtime boyfriend, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, 31."

"Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUH'-nee awn-YAHN'-goh) told The Associated Press in an exclusive interview that she is troubled that her immigration woes have made her a political liability to her nephew.
Onyango, the half sister of Obama's late father, says she has exiled herself from the family after attending Obama's inauguration because she didn't want to become fodder for his foes. Obama and his family have not reached out to her either, she said.
"Before, we were family. But right now, there is a lot of politics, and me, I am not interested in any politics at all," said Onyango, whose appeal for asylum from her native Kenya is before an immigration judge in Boston.
The Obamas are her only family in the United States, she said.
"It is very sad when such a thing happens. There are people, outsiders, you know, they come in between, they divide a family," she said last week. "It's not easy."
Onyango, 57, is protective of Obama and said she never asked him to intervene in her case and didn't tell him about her immigration difficulties.
"I carry my own cross," she said. "He has nothing to do with my problem."
The White House said Obama has had no involvement in his aunt's case and believes it should run its ordinary course.
Onyango helped care for the president's half brothers and sister while living with Barack Obama Sr. in Kenya. She moved to the United States in 2000 and applied for asylum in 2002, but her request was rejected and she was ordered deported in 2004.
However, she did not leave the country and continued to live in public housing in Boston. She had been a health care volunteer, but not since her status became public. She refused to discuss how she affords to live now or who is paying for her attorney.
Onyango said she previously had no trouble visiting Obama when he was state senator in Illinois or after he became U.S. senator, though she declined to discuss details of how often she had contact with Obama and his family. Her tiny apartment in a modest subsidized public housing complex for seniors and the disabled is adorned with photographs of her with Obama at the Illinois Statehouse, the president's official portrait, his family, the inauguration, her children and African wildlife.
She is disabled and learning to walk again after being paralyzed for more than three months due to an autoimmune disorder called Guillain-Barre syndrome."
*Guillain-Barre syndrome has been a frequently occurring side effect of the H1N1(Swine Flu) vaccine. I read that Barack Obama's children and wife were not taking the H1N1 vaccine. Too bad he didn't prevent his Aunt Onyango from taking the vaccination.

Guillian-Barre syndrome is caused when the Squalene, a form of mercury that the H1N1 Vaccine is composed of, begins attacking a healthy human immune system from within the body. Guillian-Barre syndrome is a nervous system disorder that causes short term and sometimes permanent paralysis.

Perhaps, but he is the most expensive one we ever had too!! Spend happy Obama! Spend until the USA goes bankrupt and China calls our loans. We are in deep yogurt!!

NO he didn't start the war nor the recession(?). But he had
all the answers and promises and you put him in Bushs chair.
What happen, did he suddenly go brain dead? Four months to
decide whether to send 40,35, or 30 thousand troops. While
we were looseing more men everyday..120 days they have waited
for back up. How would that work if you were one of those
boys? Was he going to bring them home in a year??
The recession, Now that sure is a problem isn't it? How many
trillon are we up to now? I surly can't count that high, never
had a reason until now. Cap & trade, stimulus, buy outs, bank
bail out,GM take over, healthcare, and cash for clunkers are just
a few.. Now all these thing made 600,000 jobs?? Don't know!,
And how many million are unemployed? Don't know?
Tell the truth, I'm not sure he knows what all he done to rectify
all the things he swore he would do. But I'm certain you can
enlighten all of us. Your memory is excellent where Bush is
concerned. One more point I would like cleared up. Tonight he
tells us the number to be sent, HOW LONG will it TAKE to get'that many MEN on the ground and ready fight?????????? Remember
what he said when he was a senator: The worse thing we could do,
SEND more TROOPS.......... No he didn't start this
#12 Dec 1, 2009
Quote: "I will promise you this, that if we have not gotten our troops out by the time I am president, it is the first thing I will do. I will get our troops home. We will bring an end to this war. You can take that to the bank. "
- Barack Obama Campaign Promise - October 27, 2007

For those that think the US should decrease their numbers in Afghanistan, retreat positions and withdraw,
what people opposing troop increases need to realize is combat and war for the Pashtoon and Arabs are like what Americans consider a sport like football. It is a contact sport where people die playing in theatre. The enemy will continue to sustain a large population of young fighting age men to chase out the infidel invaders.

he's gettin, he's gettin, he's gettin kinda Bushy.
#15 Dec 1, 2009
Sounds just like Bush!
He MUST be way smarter to have thought those statements all by himself after they have been being said for years. Go figure.
You're not the sharpest knife in the rack are you?

warmonger obama. he lied soldiers died.
#17 Dec 1, 2009
Ha! Ha! Ha!
The "O" has failed his leftist backers! He lied! He lied! Come on now, it's time to impeach your "O"-mighty.
He mentioned in his speech that we've now spent a trillion dollars on our missions in Irag and Afghanistan combined.
Guess what? That is from October of 2001 to the present. 8 years.
Our economy lost one trillion dollars in the year immediately following 9/11.
I say for 8 years one trillion dollars to keep the peace was a good investment.
And if it takes another trillion to wipe al Qaida and the Taliban off the planet so be it.

Guess what liberal lefties, Obams is a lawyer.
OK, all together now,
Do you notice any similarities?
Guess how many Republican presidential candidates have been lawyers since the end of Jimmy Carter's presidency?
Only one - Senator Bob Dole.
Now guess how man Democrat presidential candidates were NOT LAWYERS since the end of Jimmy Carter's presidency?
Only one - Vice President Al Gore.
You liberals really love electing lawyers. Apparently you like being lied to.

Obama Governorship = Satan's Increase in Hell's World

This is fascinating on so many levels. Those Democrats have learned nothing since Vietnam. What is so insane about this situation is the same guys that torn the country apart during Vietnam - SDS, leftist protesters - a la John Kerry are now faced with their own Vietnam. Speaking of Kerry, Obama had to pull some of his political "hold cards" and have Kerry do his best to prop up Obama himself on this one. The Dems rolled out Obama during Kerry's Presidential bid because his campaign was in the toilet, he was going nowwhere, and needed to be propped up. Now it is payback time. Obama is using Kerry to try and hold together his left wing - war protester - progressive base. To bad war-hero Kerry is an also-ran with no credibility.
Even better is the whole dynamic with the European "Allies". Think some of these Europeans might just be playing a little politics related to "Global Warming". The EU is heavily invested into new "Green" technology and all things involving "Carbon Credits". Probably why the good ole "bankroll" of the Democrat Socialist Party, George Soros has been whispering in Obama's ear lately. It cannot be comforting for them (EU and Soros) to see how cowered Obama looked and acted after his "China" trip. I'll bet the Chinese had something to say about "Global Warming" policy.
We are so screwed by these Democrats!
