A lesbian cadet has asked to resign from the U.S. Military Academy saying she can no longer lie about her sexuality and was troubled by the anti-gay attitudes of some around her.

Why did she go to West Point then?

She knew she wouldn't be allowed to serve if she was "outed". They should bill her the $60 thousand a year it costs to train military "leaders", which she obviously is not.

She is in violation of her contract and could face charges for fraud, theft of services and lying on her application.

I have nothing against lesbians or homosexuals, but she knew what she was getting into when she lied to gain admittance to West Point. The law should be changed, but until it is, he violated the UCMJ.

The turd knew she was going to quit and worked the system for 2 free years of education. She never intended to fulfill her obligation to the Army.

She has already been accepted at another college starting in September.
