Well, quiote literally, he's barely capable of the most basic and rudimentary speech. Being completely retarded as he is, unless Cheney has his hand shoved up Bush's tush to control what he says, it's quite possible that anything stupid might come out.

Here's a fine example:

"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country." óGeorge W. Bush -Poplar Bluff, Mo., Sept. 6, 2004

The problem with pre-emptive strikes is that the damage they do can go beyond what was planned. There are times when it can be called for in rare exceptions but even then a country has to be careful. International relations are not some kind of video game that we can play around without any fear of real consequence. Not only are their lives at stake but also the reality that more damage can be done.

Well, since George W. Bush is the pure definition of a coward, and is afraid of his own shadow, he doesn't know of any other way to respond.

Pre-emptive strikes have their place if one is going to attack a country that actually is a threat instead of just a made up one by your Vice President boss.

Here we go again.
Prop up and finance a dictator only to threaten him later.
Like Afghanistan ?|
Like Iraq ?
Like Iran ?

We did this exact same thing to the Mujahadeen (Bin Laden)

And of course we have the same thing in Central and South America.

I wonder if the fact India now holds a few trillion dollars in reserve has anything to do with their sudden "preferred" status.

Lets look at India. During Vietnam..... when they saw the needless slaughtering of folks they entertained more Soviet advances. The old stiff necks Cold Warriors dint like that much. However, since 1980 DuPont has been importing Indian scientists and chemists....... and then when the PC came about.. IBM imported many Indian educated and worked them senseless. All the way up to 1993.

Meanwhile back at the ranch (L) the tensions so designed to create chaos were arming Pakistan. After all, Britain created the schizm that the once great India became disected. Pakistan was India. So was Bangledesh. Then the CIA and the Paki intelligence.....one and the same... create with Brezinsky Al Quieda.

It is as if I train a pit bull to bite. And while its biting people, I write laws and drum up a National front to 'Go get that Pit Bull'! So , when the Pit Bull no longer becomes useful, then its masters turn on it with the whole neighborhood ( or so they hope) involvment.

After all.... I know have my end game. I got everyone scarred of the Pit Bull.. I created so they gave up thier freedoms and liberties for security against the pit bull. LOL

Pre Emptive strike LOL

As if the Republicans and Democrats have had no hand in this current financial meltdown?

Reagan sold the Panama Canal to China waaaaaaaaaay before they received MFN status for trade.

Senator St Germain from Rhoad Island while most Americans slept at 11 pm one night passed legislation to take the FDIC from 10 thouaand to 100 thousand. Thie led to the S & L financial debacle of the 80s.

Then Republican Phil Gramm came up with the Gramm Leach Bailey Act finally pounding the safe guards in place from the Glass Steagle Act. lol and CLinton signs it.

During the Bush Clinton Elections..... they played well the game of dislike of each other. NOw they are bossom buddies. hahah
See..... all those Arkansas airports the CIA used to smuggle in drugs... ole Bill knew about. eh?

Put em all in jail.

We are in our present economic meltdown because those elected could not see one inch beyound the wall they lean upon. And we are to trust they know what Pre Emptive is?

They have threatened the very economic vitality of the Nation .....and did nothing to pre empt that!

But you keep thinking they will save you. The so love the attention.
