No surprise that no charges will be filed. No proof that the Troopers are telling the truth. They hold the cards and they can spin their story however they want. Now the victim supposedly swallowed drugs. It could be that the Trooper just got away with murder without saying why he stopped the victim in the first place. What do we really know? Other than what they want us to believe? It is really sad that the law only protects certain citizens and hunts others with the intent to kill.
