Obviously, Clinton and the left wing liberals did not do much for the war against the Islamic terrorists, other than criticizing Bush for doing just that. President Bush started the war against Islamic terrorism in the world after the 9/11 attack. He freed 50 million people from Islamic dictatorship and terror. The Islamic terror is lead by Iran and Syria who support the terror organizations Hamas, Al Kaida, Fattah and Hezbollah. Iran leads the Islamic terror attempt to get atomic bomb and to use it against Israel and USA and Western Europe. The greatest danger America faces is the threat from terrorists armed with weapons of mass destruction. If the Islamic terrorists succeed in acquiring such weapons, they will not hesitate to use them, which mean they would pose a threat to America. President Bush said that the U.S. continues to view anyone who harbors a terrorist equally guilty of being a terrorist. Bush was laying the foundation for victory on the Islamic terror that will probably last few more years and added that against such an enemy, there is only one effective response: USA will never back down, we will never give in, and we will never accept anything less than complete victory."

Dumb. Plain stupid. Like believing that we are winning hearts and minds to help iraq embrace democracy, in spite of our killing civillians and lining the pockets of corrupt Iraq leaders with millions of US dollars.

Well said. Just as it took war to end slavery here in America and Nazism in Europe, it will take war to eliminate Islamic radicalism. The anti-war crowd, though, remain clueless on this, as on so much else. Oh, they're full of invective for those who still see the necessity of war, but so what. If I were an Islamic radical, I could only hope and pray to my twisted understanding of a deity that all of America and the West became anti-war. Then I'd know I would prevail. George Bush is the Islamic radical's worst nightmare. I like that. And arguing that Bush has just created more terrorists because he took the fight to them is the argument of the timid and confused. Could you imagine if such reasoning had been used where Nazis were concerned some sixty-five years ago? Good work, Jones. Now prepare for the insults.

Of course I can if you have and open mind? To begin with I really do care for your safty and with all of these war criminal hateing nutt cases its probably best that you peel them off and put them next to your place of Bush worship.. These nutts really get fired up when they see that you support war crimes, torture and the trashing of the constitution and bill of rights but remain proud of your part in the plunder and suffering of innocents. See its not so hard to understand.. Its your decision of course but you may as well get out the spray paint and make a big bulls eye where your brain was if your determined to smile along with the daily dose of death compliments of the God talker... Have a nice day. your friend, spuds

Way to tow the party line, there, boys.

Hope you enjoy the police state.

Actually, no I don't. I hope those of us who see it coming can stop it from happening. It's a juggernaut, no doubt.

Then we will never accept anything less than total annihilation. Annihilation of our personal freedoms, our livelihoods and our hopes for the future. Annihiliation of the lives of thousands of people and their families. Annihilation of the foundation of our great country.

Interesting that you invoke the Nazis in your argument.

A great deal of the rhetoric we hear from Bush and his supporters smacks of fascist ideals. It's just loaded with Orwellian overtones.

Can you imagine if the people of Germany had stood up and said to Hitler, "No! We do *not* believe this war is a good idea! We will *not* support you!".

Saying that the world would be a better place in that case would be just naive. But it certainly wouldn't be worse, I'd think.

Thanks for your kind support and please don't worry about the left wing liberals that support only presidents that talk nicely to the enemy, like Clinton and CarterÂ…. Liberals believe that it is all about appeasing the enemy and singing Kombaya...But the bottom line is that the majority of the American people support our great military forces in Iraq and elsewhere in the world, that made the world a better place for all of us, and for 50 million Iraqis and Afghanis...

Yeah, and Bush is busy singing 'Kombaya' with Vicente Fox and at least 25 million illegal aliens in this country with more on the way with this immigration reform bill. I don't want to insult you, sir, but can you please explain something? You're obviously a strong Bush follower, anyone can see that. If I am to buy into this "war on terror", if I am to buy into this notion that "we are fighting 'em over there, so we don't fight 'em over here" then why in God's name is the border wide open? Why are we just rolling out the red carpet for the illegal aliens? WE ARE BEING INVADED RIGHT NOW! Are you familiar with the Aztlan movement and what it preaches to Hispanics. Are you aware that these Marxist Mexican supremist organizations are teaching its members and many of the Hispanic community and illegal aliens that the southern states along with the southwest belong to Mexico and ARE ACTUALLY CALLING FOR VIOLENT REVOLUTION. Are you familiar with the PLAN OF SAN DIEGO? Just Google it. Are you aware that the Plan of San Diego calls for the killing of ALL GRINGOS (WHITE MEN)? Are you aware of the Los Zetas (drug commandos) and what they are doing on the southern border. Did you know that these former military commandos turned narco traffickers have killed border patrol and law enforcement? But you didn't hear that from Rush Limbaugh, or Fox news didn't you? And please don't tell me Bush is getting tough with the border because he's sending the national guard, who by the way will not be conducting any arrest. Then WHAT IN THE HELL ARE THEY GOING DOWN THERE FOR? While America is playing wargames 8000 miles away, guarding the front door, the back door is wide open.

Thanks for the advice, Spuds, but I'm not going to act upon it. As for war crimes, torture and trashing of the Constitution, it's a statement like this which makes so many of the anti-war crowd look unhinged. The American Armed Forces are one of the most decent and life-respecting militaries in the history of the world. They go out of their way, as do the Israelis, to keep civilian casualties to a minimum. Any torture, such as at Abu Graib (which was mostly humiliation and not torture) was done by a dozen and a half or so rogue soldiers, who have now been punished. It is completely unrealistic, but in keeping with the visceral anti-military sentiments of the Left, that perfection is expected from our military or else we're the world's torturers par excellence. This is dopey utopian stuff and I've seen it before. When a soldier engages in violations of the military code, he or she should be punished, which is what invariably happens. Anti-war folks go on and on about Guantanamo, where no captured terrorist has lost his life and is fed regularly and given things like Korans and prayer rugs, but the same folks are curiously silent about the national serial killer right next door, Fidel Castro. Stunning hypocrisy and ignorance. Respecting the trashing of the Constitution, this is complete nonsense. You can say or write anything you want about President Bush and nothing will happen to you unless you threaten his life, which has been US law for a long time now regarding the Chief Executive. The Fourth Amendment doesn't protect someone from all searches and seizures but only unreasonable ones. Look it up. The Patriot Act, for the most part, merely applied to international terrorists what already applied to drug lords and organized crime figures. And I don't worship Bush. I admire him and think him the closest thing to Winston Churchill we have in our time. Have a nice day, Spuds.

While I am a Bush supporter in the War on Terror, you make sound points about the immigration issue where I think President Bush has not done nearly enough. We may disagree on other matters but on this one I'm pretty much with you.
