Mr. Arcuri, you have an obligation by the oath you have taken to support and defend the Constitution, from enemies both foriegn and domestic, and by your duty as a public servant, to answer directly and forthright to the people, the queries that have been posed to you.

To date, your inadequate and less than candid responses to these queries have caused more scrutiny and suspicion of your behavior as a public servant. We The People demand that you provide full and honest disclosure of the events regarding Ms. Kristian B. Stiles.

What was your relationship with Ms. Stiles?

What "specifically" did you receive in return for the payments made to her?

What were the "specific" fund raising events and the results of each event?

Will you volutarily release to the public any and all documents, records of communication, invoices, financial statements, etc. pertaining to your relationship with Ms. Stiles?

Is your relationship with Ms. Stiles in ANY WAY connected to former Governor Eliot Spitzer's relationship to a prostitution ring?

We The People challenge Congressman Arcuri to prove to the 24th Congressional District that his expenditures are legitimate, by providing his continuency with a detailed account of the dates of Kristian Stiles fundraisers, the amount of what each fundraiser generated, and the places of each event.

If Congressman Arcuri refuses We The Peoples legitimate request, we will have no choice but to proceed with remedy under the "Redress of Grievances" provision to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution as stated

Constitutional petition from We the People to the United States Federal government for redress of grievances as constitutionally provided for by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of...or the right of the petition the government for a redress of grievances."

We are hopeful that you will capitulate in a manner that illustrates your devotion to our Constitution and the fundemental liberties that all American citizens hold hope in.

We The People
