Hello J BIRD, The town still the small ole shit!! everyones in everyones business just like before. If you fart the whole town knows it before dawn. This was a good site until alot of new people got on here and started talking about others. Its not hard to fiqure out who they are because they mess up and forget what they say and then stick their nose into something that doesn't pertain to them...then agin maybe it does.....hell you knows.

I never said it wasn't a good town. I still love the little town of West POint. But when people get on here and talk about others thats bull. And I have seen alot of bull here in the last few days. I was always told keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I believe that is a very good statement.

I know that I loved te little town, otter creek, the ball gams, jst feelin safe most of the ime. I a moved to columbus ohio,believe me its a cruel place,crime, sirens screaming all the tim. scary place.mad me really homesick for the peace and quiet.be blessed everyone, j bird

I have been reading the many post on here and some make me laugh.You all hae such a good little town there.I know there has to be good people still living there. In fact I am friends with some.raise your children in a small town while you can,the Jobs are scarce. never know what could happen. be blessed this day and try and think how you could help instead of hurt.God will bless you for it.

I use to go to West Point for basketball games bewteen West Point and Nichols about 1975. I met a guy then, Claude Trent. Does anyone know him? I often wonder what ever happenet to him and where he is now.

The music ranch puts on a decent show, they play a lot of bluegrass and country music and have little skits in between acts. I think they have a website www.musicranch.com , check it out if you're interested
