Good OBGYN Doctor

Does anyone know of a good OBGYN?

Dr. Burns off Bebee capps... don't go to Dr. Thompson at the womens clinic... I lost my baby at around 16 weeks because he wouldn't give me the hormone shot that I told him I needed in order to keep my pregnancy, he didn't even do follow up care after the miscarriage.

I beg to differ,
I used Dr Bruce Thompson with my pregnancy and he was EXCELLENT and VERY THOROUGH He is a good man, a great Dr and has a wonderful staff.
I am sorry that you lost your baby TnT, but do not trash the Dr because of it. He is the Dr, he will tell you what you need, not the other way around...

TnT...You asked a doctor to GIVE YOU A HORMONE SHOT? Are you a physician? Probably not.

There are good physicians and there are bad physicians...your assessment of Dr. Thompson is completely wrong and more than likely you are blaming HIM for something that was an act of God, nature or your own body for whatever reasons.

Dr. Thompson is a very good Doctor! He also has excellent bedside manner and explains procedures to BOTH the wife and the HUSBAND (for which I am one).

I lived in Searcy a few years ago while i was pregnant with my second child. I was new to the area and not sure which ob/gyn to choose. Fortunately i made a wonderful decision in seeing Dr. Bruce Thompson! He was fantastic throughout my pregnancy and I felt very comfortable with his expertise and professionalism at all times. His manner was always respectful and knowledgable and his office staff was always very nice and helpful as well. Provided he gives the same level of care as he did 7 years ago, I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Williams at Searcy Medical Center is wonderful. He delivered my first child and will deliver my second in a month. His nurse is also great as well!

I personally would NOT use Dr Williams. If you don't like needles - he just uses several nurses to hold you down. Then when your husband says something he leaves the room for 45 minutes and says he is referring you to another doctor.

Kris Citty is awesome. He delivered 2 of my children. Nurses are wonderful.

ps - I have heard a lot of bad things about Dr Thompson also.

I think you are safe in using any of the OB/GYNs at Searcy Medical Center. Drs. Thompson, Williams and Citty's are all very good doctors.

I use Dr. Kris Citty and he is wonderful! I was in High School when I first met him, because I had bad cramping and he was fantastic! I was very modest and he made me so comfortable. He walks you though a pap and tells you exactly what he is about to do. There is no unknown. He is a great person. A while after my first visit I ran into him at a gas station and he called me by name and ask how I was doing. As wierd as that could have been, it wasn't at all. He's great and I highly recommend him to everyone!

grea great doctor!!! will explain EVERYTHING! And his nurse Debbie is an angel! We have 4 soon to be 5 babies in our family and he has been our dr the whole way!
