I have used this company for a year and cannot wait to move. I have not been treated with respect and have been lied to. Our appliances, included with the property, keep breaking down, and it takes a while to get them repaired. I would not recommend using this company.

I looked a 5 houses from 4rentdenver before I picked one to rent. All of these homes were really clean and in good shape. I am moving in to my new property on the 1st. Larry was really nice to me and very proffesional at all times.

I rented a a home for my family from 4RentDenver.com for nearly 3 years. It was in great shape when I moved in. They serviced the furnace every years for free and sent out an inspector to review the property for problem even with out me having to ask. They came back and fixed stuff I did not even know was broken. I just bought a new home.We love owning our own home, but would rent from these guys again.

I rented a home for less then a year. They helped me fix my credit issues so I could buy a home. They help me find a new home to purchase. They even let me out of my lease to help me buy that home. I do not know of any other landlord that would let me out of lease to do that. www.4RentDenver.com really helped me.

I rented from Patrick Chomyn for 2 years and he was so rude and unprofessional, for everything we needed. Took weeks to repair things like broken refirgerators, that we could not live without, and only gave me $64 back on a $1250 deposit, even though I cleaned the place spotless. Never cared about the renter, just the money! NEVER RENT FROM HIM!!!!! Warning you!

Oh.. that's sooo useful.. for OWNERS. But it's renters who have to LIVE in these places and how THEY'RE treated matters WAY MORE.

This agent was incredibly rude to our realtor and very unprofessional. I wanted to put a bid on a house and he told my realtor he wouldn't take our bid (not everyone else's, just ours) for 3 days. He was to reject or accept our offer that night by 9pm...he pushed it to the following morning. My realtor couldn't get ahold of him until the afternoon in which he was very rude to her. I don't understand how he keeps business going for himself having the attitude he has.
