Coltons is a good place to eat, pricey drinks as other good restaurants. Lets all fill out opinion cards the next time we dine there. lets help the employees, the owner, and enjoy a good loaded potato. Hands down people, what did we have before Coltons? I like their food and am blessed when I have the extra money to dine there.

Do you mean besides providing jobs, paying taxes, enticing people from outside West Plains to spend their money here so they also contribute to our sales tax coffers?

What did you want them to do, run a soup kitchen?

i think that the boss chewing out the employees is his business. with kids these days none of them want to work all they do is talk on the phone or text! if they cant deal with the rules then get a new job! as for the food and service... food is great! service could improve though!

I won't go back. They tried to charge me 2 bucks for hot sauce! I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she is the owner and can set her own prices.

i have worked at coltons for over a year and i think that all you people bitching about mr mitchell yelling at his employees is just rediculous. if it wasnt for coltons opening up in town a lot of people wouldnt have a job so instead of bitching about it just deal with it if you dont like being yelled at when you do something wrong quit no one is making you stay there. if you just do your work while your there you wont be yelled at. if your lazy and expect to get by with doing nothing then your gonna get yelled at and possibly fired. mr mitchell is not a hard man to work for just do your job its what you get paid to do. some of you guys that bitch about coltons is just plain retarded. go eat at the coltons in springfield and you will apprieciate the one in wp. i have worked at both and i will say that the one in wp is ten times better than the one in springfield at least the managers actually care as to whether or not shit gets cleaned and how there employees act in front of customers

We eat at Colton's quite often and have always had great service and wonderful food. It is one of my favorite restaurants and we eat there every time we are in town. Who cares if your servers are bi or gay or whatever?! Its not like they are making out with someone on your table or something!!! The servers are always friendly and the place is always clean and cheerful!

Don't hold your breath. Texas Roadhouse requires a population demographic of 50,000 minimum before they'll consider a location. It isn't going to happen here any time soon.

They provide jobs for teenagers and they pay taxes because they HAVE to.

GrannyC is probably wanting them to take her foodstamp card as payment. I know the group I volunteer with has gotten a LOT of free meals from Coltons. Try getting that from a lot of other places in town, even McDonalds has pretty much clamped down on the donations
