Warning others not to be suckered into doing a pyramid scheme called Fortune High Tech Marketing in Arkansas, Missouri and everywhere else! The Key word is Approach, this is how the business works, people approach you and ask you to look at their business opportunity(much like Amway from the 70's and people are scamless on their approach just like Amway). Please spread the word of this scheme, so others will not go through the headaches and lose of money and friends and family. I continue to find thousands of people who where scammed by people they know. This business works by recruiting friends and family into the business so you can make money. Report it to the Attorney General of your state, the BBB and FTC.

The only thing FHTM reps are guilty of is trying to help people like you. We can't help it if they don't take advantage of the opportunity. I doubt you are successful in area of your life! Hey Josh....Sounds like you like to try things & not follow through....You need to get your facts right before you blow off steam about false accusations... Do you think Disney would be marketing with a pyramid scheme???? Not Likely...Featured in Millionaire Blueprints in Jan 2007 as the a marketing com plan that defies logic.... 90% of what comes into Fortune goes into rep's pockets.....not the company's... By far the best plan I've seen after 15 years of online marketing....

What the heck is someone from Red Deer Canada and other parts of the country doing on this post. ROTF LMAO. Get this... Fortune is a Pyramid Scheme... no if and or buts about it. I would type out an 'official' checklist of 'how to recognize a pyramid scheme'. Go to any Attorney Generals website and type in Pyramid Scheme. At the meeting, check off everything you hear or see that is on that list. Once the meeting is over show the person that invited you the list. Here is some of the red flags found on Arkansas States Attorney Generals website to help get you started: THE FIVE RED FLAGS of product and service type pyramid schemes, or recruiting MLM’s 1. Each person recruited is empowered and given incentives to recruit other participants, who are empowered and motivated to recruit still other participants, etc.(3 people who get 3)– in an endless chain of empowered and motivated recruiters recruiting recruiters – without regard to (de facto) market saturation. 2. Advancement in a hierarchy of multiple levels of “distributors” is achieved by recruitment, rather than by appointment. 3.“Pay to play” requirements are met by ongoing “incentivized purchases,” with participants the primary buyers. 4. The MLM company pays commissions and bonuses on more “distributor” levels than are functionally justified; i.e., more than five levels. 5. Company payout (in commissions, bonuses, etc.) per sale for the total of all upline participants together equals or exceeds that for the person selling the product – resulting in inadequate incentive to retail and excessive incentive to recruit. Good luck and don't get scammed, those who try to defend will not be in this business 6 months to 2 yrs from now. I've seen time and time already with FHTM. Remember, Let your No be a No and a Yes be a Yes, anything beyond this comes from the Devil!

Josh, If you truly believe FHTM is a scam and nothing more then lets get your first and last name and contact information so I can fax it to Fortune's legal department and you can discuss it with them. They take false and inaccurate accusations like yours and prosecute to the full extent. So, put your name and phone number out here and lets get this party started!

Wow! That is pretty scary Sarah! Would you really "fax" someone's information to FHTM's legal dept? Remind me never to mess around with you! By the way...you might want to put your full name and phone number out here as well so we can let you know whenever we see someone slandering a fine, upstanding company like FHTM.

Wow Sarah, glad to see you've made so much money with FHTM you can afford a fax. I have personally worked against FHTM on behalf of Arkansas BBB. Will their legal dept tell you what happened there? Of course not they settled out of court with a gag order mandatory to prevent legions of fools like yourself googling their defeat. Instead of some other posters full name why don't you show us your tax return with all your fhtm money, OR ARE YOU STILL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PYRAMID ? Hey Legal Eagle, Lucky for you FHTM does not discriminate. We have helped all kinds of people find honest work. Car salesmen, politicians, even lawyers. Come on over to our side and put that ten dollars an hour you make to work for you. BBB attorney wrote: <quoted text> Wow Sarah, glad to see you've made so much money with FHTM you can afford a fax. There you go, making "inaccurate accusations". Why if I only had a fax machine, I'd fax your name and your hurtful comments to my attorney, and he would undoubtedly prosecute to the fullest extent! LMAO!

Your JOB is a Pyramid

I have never met anyone successful that NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH AND GAVE UP, like the starter of this thread obviously has with their WHOLE LIFE! Ha! Seriously, if you work for MOST companies, they are the REAL PYRAMID SCHEMES. Just look at it: You have a boss at the top, a few managers below the boss/owner, then below the managers, the workers who toil day in and day out. So if you cannot find the guts to FOLLOW THROUGH, stick to a job and just be happy with second best, because it's the best you can do.

I couldn't have said it better myself "Your Job is a Pyramid". Anytime you are a sales person that earns straight commission you form a pyramid. The only difference in that type of job and the opportunity FHTM is providing people is the long term customer retainer. This world is built of Pyramid's, but it is the lawyers in this nation that actually control certain types. In this business you are self employed and someone would have already squashed FHTM by now if they were doing something illegal. Just like in any business when you are self employed you have to network and if it is not in your nature to do so you have to group yourself with the appropriate people to do so. That's where your "contacts" come from. These successful people in this business do not want to see you fail because they will stop making money, therefore they are here to talk to you. I hate to see people not succeed, but if you don't use the resources given to you in any business you fail! That's just all there is to it.

That is very true, there are pyramids everywhere but what distinguishes a legit pyramid from a pyramid scam? Isn't a pyramid scam the movement of money of products and services that do not exist? FHTM market's for real companys, many reputable one such as cingular and disney. We are selling real products and real services. And it's very true, the successful people in this business do not want to see you fail which is why the many people that i have worked with help each other such like a team. If you want to be successful in this business you have to work. So why go against fhtm if you have not tried it yourself or at least know someone that has been scammed by it. Sure it's new. but the company doesn't exactly have bad credibility or in fact a know bad reputation.

Everyone is going to have mixed feelings about network marketing. Bottom-line...It only works for people who want to work at it. Some people will think its a scam and some people will think its "stupid". How about this.... shut your mouth about it. These people have "dreams" to make their lives better. What do you have?? Work at Mcdonald's for the rest of your life and hope one day to be a manager?? Or wait, maybe go to school for 10 years to become a doctor and spend the next 5 paying off your debt from being in school.. and then working 2189798123 million hours a week to where you can NEVER have time with your family. Thats GREAT!!! Glad to see youre going somewhere in life. People like you, make people like us work harder to prove you wrong!!! And yes, I know people personally, including myself who have made a substantial amount of money. So there.... FHTM is NOT a bunch of boozzwah.

FHTM is in fact a pyramid scheme, however it remains barely legal because of the "pitch" to sell certain products instead of merely recruiting more people. This does not mean people can not become wealthy/succesful by working for FHTM. The question is at what cost these people are willing to do so. By mathematical certainty, the majority of people who get recruited will lose money rather than make money. I don't know about other people, but I am not into stealing money from people like that. You can say that FHTM is different and look how successful it is, but the truth is that companies just like it have existed for years, it is no different. If it really is so great, how come such inexperienced people are marketing the idea? Why isn't everybody doing it if it is so wonderful? You can blame the recruitees who lose their money for being lazy, but really you conned them into joining a pyramid just as someone did to you. It will end somewhere.

I almost forgot, comparing normal jobs to FHTM as both being pyramids is ludacris. A normal job does not rely on its income through membership fees by recruiting new people. By definition, FHTM is a pyramid scheme because over 80% of its money is made by recruiting people, not through the products. A real business complies with the normal guidelines of supply and demand, helping people get what they want for a price or service in return.

Dora, You sound a bit confused. Lets compare any large business or even the U.S. government to this supossed Pyramid Scheme. Who makes the majority of the money at a large corporatation? the top dog, the owner, CEO what ever you want to call him/her. How does that compare to the entry level position at the same company. The CEO's are making the money off of the grunts at the bottom. Now how does that Grunt increase his/her income at the same company? You can call it performance based but at the rate allowed by the supervisor so the pay rate is ALWAYS controlled by someone else. With a MLM like Fortune you control your pay rate based on the scle and YOUR OWN HARD work. The person that recruits you doesn't control how much you make, in fact you can make more than them. How does that compare to your measly corp America job. Can you make more than your supervisor? Only if they alow you to be promoted. Lets look at the structure as well. How many CEO's are there in a large business, 1 or 2 right. now how many middle managers and grunts? Kinda looks like a pyramid to me that controls your destiny not the other way around. I have a friend who is doing the FHTM thing with his wife. He has a full time job right now working nights and does this most of the day. He made the money he invested back pretty quick but is work very hard for the rest. I would rather keep my night job and make great money for my location. Most people in my area get half as much as I do and I give my employer my schedule and he makes it so, no questions asked. I dont put my friend down for trying to make something for his family. But I also dont like for him to put me down for working a so called 9-5 job like so many of you are doing. FHTM may or may not be a pyramid scam. Some are making money and others are not. One thing may be "for" some one and for another it will not work out. Just like all other jobs. Just gotta find your niche. Just my 2 cents.

If this was a ilegal PS Dont you think all the people involved in these companies would have shut FHTM down by now...I love how people fail at something and turn around and blame the company for thier failures.. By the way I am a full time rep with FHTM have been so for a long time.. As for the BBB Lawyer if that is what u really are..it states right on the BBB website that FHTM is a legitamite company. So why in the world would the BBB go after someone they already have looked at in great detail... Some of you people make me laugh..its just to funny how ignorant some people can be. Happy Fortune Tim S
