As far as I can tell, there are really only two or three disgruntled people here posting under a variety of pseudonyms. Crybabies, crybabies, crybabies. Your problem is you didn't get spanked enough when you were children, and so you grew up without a sense of gratitude, and now you feel entitled to do whatever you want, when you want to do it and how you want to do it, and still be paid for sloppy and poor performance. Not gonna happen. Grow up you little sh*ts.

Sorry that any of the nurses feel like West Vue is not there for them. If they are unhappy with how West Vue is ran they can go work at Brooke Haven with all the other ex employees. We won't have any staff members question us or not do exactly as we say. Nor will we allow any doctors to question our care of our residents or order unneeded treatments.

For those of you who are thinking about running to Stacey or the board about how we run West Vue better think about just getting another job because Stacey is my bitch and does exactly as we tell him. The old men on the board are old and tired. All we have to do is bend over and give them a glance down our shirt and they can't remember what they were talking about.

What exactly does " non rehireable mean?" Does it mean non rehireable forever or is there a time one may become hireable again? I want my job back!!!

it means you arent rehireable at west vue ever.but they just tell other places that even if you are.

Do you know that westvue is paying you way lower than the state avg. nursing $3.00 under state avg housekeeping $1.75 maint.$5.45 kitchen $1.25 national health care workers.org all employees need to look into going union . Dont be scared its youre right to keep good workers you must pay them!!!!!!!!!!

Why do nursing home residents get sent 2 the hospital...when they have nurses and doctors taking care of them 24/7?...mobile xray...lab draws...all right there.same stuff as at the hospital....

cause nursing homes arent hospitals and dont have doctors. nurses care for residents but they have to follow doctors orders unless you are the head nurse at west vue.

Usually the doctors send them out because they do not want to come in to check on the patients. I believe this practice will stop soon. Obama Care is to save money on medical cost. One way to do this is by tele-med. Nurse take a video camera to patient room. Exam done. Medicare is billed. Dr. never saw patient in person. If anything is needed the doctor calls them into the patient room.
As far as you supervisor, read HIPPA security rules .

I find it terrible the DON if mentally unstable her self and is running a care facility. That should be a big red flag the board needs to look into this and release her.
