aint gonna do no body no good to try an get terry fired. if the drs complaining to the bored and the weekly visits by the state dont do it nothing will. she will have stacys job soon anyways and he can go back to the other building.

I have never seen so much bs than on this thread - the state has things in place for mis treatment of residents ,and undercover workers in place for this . Sounds like certain people just need to move on to a new job , they have there postions for a reason people just because youre not there favorite u talk bad on them do youre job do it right and get ur nose out of it , never have i ever seen so many crap talkin chicks always startin crap on who is sleeping with who and who is not doing there job and who gets this and who doesnt and all kinda bs . grow up people be glad u have a job if not move on its that easy . If it was me id let all u brats go and start fresh . Be glad u have work and can provide for ur family ,be glad because one day u might not and then where did ur negativity get you?

I worked there for 4 years and never got wrote up for anything, but soon after terry became don she wrote me up for things I did not do. she is cunning, sneaky,and a back stabber to say the least. before she became don I was so happy with my job.

Everybody at a nursing home has a duty report things that aren't right. Doesn't matter if you are a patient, a family member, visitor, or employee. You see something wrong you have to report it. Elder abuse is no joke.

Employee abuse is no joke either. If you see that happen then you need to report it to the proper people. If they don't do anything about it then go to the unemployement office. I'm think they have a way to report employee abuse.

Abuse isn't always hitting someone. It can be verbal or physical. It can be another employee causing you to be afraid.

I can promise you, buddy, that if there was any reportable abuse going on at West Vue, there is no shortage of people that would report it immediately. There is none, that's why it isn't being reported. What you read here is drivel by unteachable losers.

I filed a grievance with the CEO and it didn't go anywhere. All he would say is he's looking into it. After two months he said I never filed one. I was told not long after that I was on the DON's shit list so I quit after my last review, which was done by the DON this time, came back very bad. All my other reviews were done by my RN supervisor.

I have never been asked to cover anything up let alone done anything that I need or want to cover up. I know that sometimes the job can be stressful but if u are coving things up then u might want to look at yourself and ask y u did it if it has to be covered......its like lying instead of owning to your mistake YOU try to hide it.

I would call the attorney generals office and see if they can help you. If not, they should know who can.

I think that we need to go union people the board of directors is fixing to slam us on hours again , or we need to step up a elect people that should be allowed to sit in on meetings with our supervisors theres alot we are not being told ,we need a voice for us .are dept heads are not worried about us there worried about there money not yours . big cuts are coming again folks and were not being told

I recently took another job and left west vue. I was never directly asked to cover anything up. I was told by terry on many occasion to fix things that hadn't been done by other shifts or had been done wrong by other shifts. I get that people make mistakes, but I'm not going to lose my license because the nursing director won't take care of the problem and has me correct it in the books. This goes on a lot at west vue and everybody knows it, but won't do anything about it because they are afraid of terry.

They don't just fire you at west vue. When they decide they don't want you there they set you up to fail. Terry will be real sweet to your face, but then she will load you down with more jobs than you can do. If you complain nothing gets done. As soon as you make a mistake they fire you. Doesn't matter if you put in twenty five years of great service with a great record. They will fire you and any employer that calls them will get told you are unrehirable.

West vue has such a bad reputation now that nurses won't apply there. I know when I was there they always had a hard time finding replacements for nurses that quit. Never had a problem with ones they fired. Where I work at now didn't even ask me why I was leaving west vue. Just laughed and said I would see a lot of familiar faces.

When I quit West Vue and interviewed for another job they said West Vue told them I was unrehireable also. So, are ALL nurses who leave there at fault, or is West Vue to blame?

Terry Wood ruined West Vue. It is so sad that she is allowed to play God there.Either all the nurses who left there are at fault or one person is to blame for the big turn over there. There was a time West Vue was a great place to work. It's not now and won't be until they clean house and remove the problem.

Well so we finally come to it. Seems that out of all these post you are the only one to come up with an idea that will actually work. Trouble is your coworkers we have to get off there duffs and do something rather than biąth around on topix.

Please see an attorney asap. Some of these cases have timely filing. You may be able to file against her nursing license since the state of MO have a law against bulling at the work place. Call the board and find out if you can file on her license.

How many of you that posted on this topic are ready to step up and become one voice ? We have rights as employees that are not being used because were not being told about themor we just choose to grip and not act . I ask that you people start to gather evidence as to the wrong doings and harrasment thats going on . if we unite as one voice it can be heard. Terry,stacy or any other person would not be able to do us wrong (as long as were doing are job correct and in a good manner) if we went union . But just check it out yourself on the internet there are plenty of health care worker unions for nursing homes and the ones that are union are 5star rated by job services of amercia and thr bbb

Terry is not the only problem ,nor is stacey there is so much more going on there . Supervisors need to stand behind there workers and they need to stand up to stacey (he hired them he should trust them) debbie-stacy-terry all three are bullies ! I agree with the post to gather together and start making changes
