I think it's some kind of sex offender's rehab- center that we all should know about!They do live there.There is children that walks the street going to the square all the time.scares me to think these monsters are that close!

Why do they bother sending them to rehab? It has already been proven they cannot fix them.They will rape a child again and some end up missing or dead,sad but true.The need to put them on Rat Island far away and leave them there.Also how many children have been raped or sodomized that doesn't get reported? Why are these local judges so lienet?If the punishment were severe enough here the bastards would think twice before touching a child!

There's too many kids that make up stories to be 100% sure of guilt. There's also too many unreported cases. But I personally think that if it is proven beyond the shadow of a doubt, a single bullet to the brain would be the solution. Regardless of if they are mentally ill or retarded, I would love to see these molesters wiped off the face of the earth.

Now, we also have the problem of our ancestry. Does this trait run in us all? Remember, that in Biblical times, young girls were sold to a husband at the tender age of 12. These are our religious forefathers and heroes that we have exalted and base our lives on. Too bad they didn't shoot these child molesters then, or we might not have this messed up Judeo-Christian-Islamic world. Death to sand neggirs and arabs, yes this includes the israelis and palestenians, like Jesus' mom.

I'm not talking about arranged marriages of child bearing age,I'm talking about confessed abusers of small boys or girls under the age of,10.Proven regardless or mental capablity.This is what makes me sick.

Pete, im not saying you are wrong, but....who proved it? how did they prove it? do you have an actual real medical study to reference for this? who wrote it? a respected doctor? or a journalist who doesnt know anything about it except their own opinion...?

Yes, it can be proven by a doctor.They are called rape scares.They have a place in springfield that exams children that are suspects.Some molesters also admits what they did.You need to read about this yourself,It's terrible in this county.

Listen, I am not defending child molesters but, you should all consider that many of the "registered sex offenders" are really no threat to your children.

Many of the people required to register should not be on that list. If an 18 year old guy has sex with his 16 year old girlfriend and her dad finds out, he can have the boy arrested for statutory rape. He will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. If a guy takes a piss in the park and gets caught, he may have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

This registry needs to reflect who the real threats are in our community. It doesn't.

I agree with you there,they should separate the child molesters from under age sex with teens.I'm talking about a man raping a 6 year old or 5 year old boys.We need to know where these animals are kept.I heard of little children in howell county that had to have surgery so they can function propertly.sick

Go to the website that ive provided and look at the men/women that have raped or molested little kids, most of which are little boys! I know that basically anyone can get on the sex offender list but NOONE is talking about sex offenders we are talking about child molesters!

I'm not in anyway defending child molesters, so don't anyone say that I am.

Katy, you do raise a good point in your post. There is a difference between sex offenders and child molesters. I've always thought those registry lists should be for molesters & violent sex crimes only. But most of the lists maintained by the states currently group everyone, violent & non-violent, together on a single list. The most differentiation between violent & non-violent offenders will be nothing more than a simple level code, 1-4 or A-D.

I've never understood why any one caught urinating in a secluded area (yet still legally considered public) should be on the list for life. It just depends on how far the local authorities want to push it. And sadly, politics may influence their decision on prosecution.

In some states you will be on the list for consensual oral sex. It doesn't matter if it's same or opposites sexes involved, married or not, or in public or private. The Supreme Court overturned sodomy laws in 2003, yet if you were convicted (most likely plead guilty & paid a fine) if it happened before the Court ruling in 2003, you will still be on the list for life. Once again the decision to prosecute or not may have involved politics. The prosecutor may have just wanted a higher conviction rating for the next election.

I doubt most prospective employers bother to look at the level codes. If you are on the list, that's all they will want to know.

I don't know if Supreme Court has ruled on a case challenging the constitutionality of these list. I think when they do they will likely declare the lists unconstitutional and throw out all of them. Then we will be back where we started, no list at all.

Anyway, just my thoughts.
