Jaggar finally finished?

Anybody know anything? My friend has dialup with them and it hasn't been working this week. there phone says it disconnected all week..what's up???

ha wow does anyone even use them any more or have all of their customres gone away. I guess nobody notices they are not working

Their phones go though the internet, so when they are down, people can't call and complain about it.

the phone lines in the office are voip and the dial up numbers are along the same line. All the numbers, dial up and office go through a company in Branson called Rystek which is owned and operated by Marc Rys. I can say for a fact that jaggar has been way behind on paying their bill to them for over a year, so my quess is rystek cut them off. I was employeed there from back in the townsqr days up to the first of this year. and, not sure who posted that the employees just quit one after the other, but he is dead on correct. All due to the new "majority owner" the original owners brought in, and it was downhill from his first day at work there. I can't say for sure jaggar is finally finished just yet, but wont be too much longer since he(Luke Baugh) and jaggar are in the middle of a class action suit from him hijacking websites from customers and the sale of one of them for I think it was $75,000.00 or might have been $50,00.00. Will most likely end up with criminal charges as well(that's federal charges). To be honest I can't personally wait to see the doors closed to jaggar for good and karma coming back to bite Luke in the ass.

I haven't lived at the address where I have Jaggar's service in nearly 2 months and CANNOT get a hold of them to get it shut off! I've called, e-mailed, etc. I can't go in because I work 8 am - 3pm an hour and a half away. Am I obligated to pay the bill for internet service no one has even used?!

it wont do much good to go by there, the many times I have there is never anyone there, or there hiding in back with the door locked.....when I signed up with them they were so easy to work with.....I have stuck it out with them for the last couple years despite the constant interruptions in service....at this point I rely more & more on my internet and as of lately when its not out its so slow I have constant issues with whatever im using not working properly....I dont know if they are just down at the moment or have finally called it quits, due to not being able to get ahold of them, but im signing up for cable today.....enough is enough. I suspect I will have the same issue as ugh in getting it cancelled, however I will make an effort to call and go by there to cancel but if they cant be reached then I am certainly not paying a bill. This shouldnt be an issue IMO, since you pay in advance, and if you dont pay they should kill your service, basically works like a prepaid phone....

I don't know for sure but would say they are finished. It could have been prevented if only the powers that be hadn't brought in a complete idiot not to mention con artist from Nevada.

Driving around their wifi hot spots are still active. However, once connected to them we find they are not connected to the web.
This all came about during the electical storm that knocked phone service out for several people. Peering into the office tonight, all of the equipment was running...

I'm in no way defending them, but Monday was the storm and that's when the lightning took out the phone systems for several businesses including Kdy.
Doing a Bing search the header shows that they're saying they're still in business But their personal webpage Seems to be down.

I have been with them for 6+ years and like many others on here have watched it go downhill. I know mine was out before the storms hit and have also had many of the same issues as other posters. With all the diff internet options available today I would think they would be improving there service, however seems to be getting worse. I have had issues with Netflix for example, always loading, Xbox games lagging etc. Despite others telling me I should switch I have always stuck it out, but in the middle of some fairly important research, I have been without internet all week, as well as any kind of entertainment and most of my communication. Besides myself I know 4 others who will be switching to Fidelity as well as a business. I honestly hate that I have to switch, but I need something that maintains its speed and reliability instead of leaving me hanging all the time. I do wish them the best of luck and hope they can improve their service and keep system up and running.

today I received confirmation from a very reliable source that they have closed the doors and the new partner/owner that was brought in is in a whole lot of trouble. serves him right coming here and not playing by the rules. Not to mention using ethical business practices and operating within the boundaries of the law.

I went by fri just before the close of business to find several people paying thier bills in spite of the outage. Mine went out at exactly 10:36 on tuesday during the lightning storm and Luke told me his provider was down. They didnt give him an eta for getting back up, he also stated next month's bill will be prorated to reflect the outage.
He went on to say the ols skool is a punk, caught on tape as a thief, and he fucks monkeys.
