I'm sure many women would appreciate the help from men in this area.

The only reason this is a policy is for the protection of the men. Obviously if the day care center hired the man, they must think he is trustworthy, people in day care centers go through interviews and background checks. It's not that the day care center doesn't trust the men, it's that they are forced into these policies by unreasonable and paranoid parents. It's still disgusting, but it's the world we live in. People are crazy.

for the record, daycares dont do background checks. I didnt even have to go through with an interview. I put in an application and was hired via phone call. You guys should really do your homework about the places you are sending your kids.

While there are many weirdo women, men take the crown for the most. You do not see women any where near taking over the number of men who are serial killers, molesters or rapists. You also do not see men as much in advertising, using their bodies in a subjective way to sell a product, either, now do you? Kind of says it all.

is hollister the town by branson or a local west plains daycare?,,,if you know of a problem,,,its your duty to inform all the parents of these children to your concearns,,,and if they are bad,,,the police also,,,am sure the west plains cops would jump on a bad daycare when it comes to children,,,now if its hollister the town,,,the taney county sherrif will act on that fast,,,along with the branson police and state police,,,please tell if you know something cuz its your duty to protect innocent children,,,or tell the grave digger and the grave digger will tell far ya,,,cuz the grave digger hates child abuse and loves acts of payback violence to teach a person a lesson and save the tax payers some money,,,ps,,,just do what the grave digger said if you know something,,,and to the rest of you,,,the grave digger aint a perfect christian but relize the law cant protect crap without knowing about the crime first,,,so dont be all judging the grave digger as a hypocrit,,,cuz history shows the only way to clean house is if everyone gets off their butts to clean and not wait for the goverment to do it for ya,,,it takes a village to raise a child not a goverment,,,

I wouldn't mind if a man changed my son's diaper, but I would be livid if I found out that a man other than my husband changed my daughter's diaper. My son is a boy and I don't have any problems with a trusted man or someone who has been checked out to change his diaper. My daughter is a different story altogether. At her daycare I told them that she was to be changed in a private area away from other little boys. I don't want anyone other than a woman seeing her privates and I would be livid if I ever found out otherwise. I would definitely be the parent that wouldn't think twice about pressing charges for a man changing my daughters diaper. I am paying the daycare to care for my child and if they want my money then they have to do it this way. If they didn't want my money, that is fine because I know many places that feel differently. To each his own.

I doubt if any real man would really want to change diapers in the first place. But from a management point of view its a two sided sword:
On one hand you have the crazy arse clients pushing there own agenda based on whatever illogical thought processes (got to keep them happy anyway).

On the business side you must be able to schedule your work force and assure that it is diversified. In fact an argument could be made for a gender discrimination suit if the right law firm or organization got behind the employees and if it was established employment was denied based on gender.

Whatever the case may be the assumption is that any legit daycare business is doing the proper background checks and monitoring there employees to assure no impropriety is going on and absolute professionalism is being maintained.

Personally no one watched my kids that I did not trust in the first place male or female.

I think Tim ought to be allowed to change his diapers in the public restroom, but keep that lefty puppet away from the day care, to protect the children from his evil politics.

Seems you are starting to turn a little lefty yourself..... I mean since when does a republican such as yourself care about a baby once it is born? But I regress your parole orders probably prevent you from being within 500 feet of a daycare.

No. Men cannot be trusted to control their libidos, whether they are gay or not. Men are controlled by thoughts of sex and have lost empires over it. Men are too sexual to be trusted with this job. They see sex in everything.
