Barns hospital over OMC all day every day. OMC has a very high infection rate for some reason. If you do decide on OMC be sure to let grave digger know so he can start on the hole.

This is not true.

You can view hospital quality data and compare hospitals on the Medicare.gov website.

Most SSI comes from patient snot properly caring for the surgical site.

The cancer treatment center at OMC is wonderful. I've had several members of my family do very well with their treatments and Dr Morgan comes highly recommended by other cancer treatment Drs. WP is lucky to have him.

The housekeeping department is so lazy! Much staff infections from there! Barnes is the best hospital near here. They saved a dear friend's life from cancer by putting the chemo & radiation in the vein of the tumors. God bless.

you and grave digger are going to get someone killed by spreading bad information omc is not even reporting on medicare.gov and everyone knows healthgrades is the bar none go to for reliable fact based information (CDC). and even if you disregard all the hard data (OMC having rough a 23% lead over Barns per patient capita) Bottom line is that private practice doctors unaffiliated with omc will not refer there patients there because of the high rate. still spewing crap and not checking facts the earmark of the repub-I-tards.

now i understand that you probably work for omc and are trying to cover up and whitewash for them but grave digger is just trying to get more business.

Sorry for your diagnosis. OMC is a band-aid hospital,, meaning they are ok to stop at if you have to get a quick patch while you are on your way to a real hospital. I worked there for 15 years. Trust me on this one. I never went there but only for work. If I needed anything done I went to Baxter, Cox or St johns.

Omc is only a name of an organization.

The organization itself is only as good as it's employees. So what are you saying about yourself?

Maybe you should look again. They do report.

As for private doctors not referring, that's funny because Dr. Eck done my surgery at OMC. Dr stafford sent my son there for treatment. Dr. Horstman admitted my dad. All these in last few years, so much for that theory.
