I'm new to asking questions on here so please be helpful, and nice. If your ex husband stole your rings a few years ago,and the judge told him many times to return the jewelry to you, and ex husband refused,,and you saw your ring in a pawn shop yesterday, and you still have all the paper work that came with the ring, certificate of authenticity etc,, can you do anything to get your ring back?

its warm and the snow that comes will melt as soon as it hits the ground so with 15 inches and the first 6 inches melts away right away we might end up with about a 6 inch snow maybe then if the cold air stays in place for a few days the snow will stick around until next week when the next warm front moves in,,,all this was done by the grave digger walking outside and feeling the warmer air but the grave diggers knees ache so there is rain coming and the wind is blowing to the north east and this is cofirmed by licking the middle finger and holding the arm up in the air and looking at the neighbors flag,,,ha haa haaa,,,also watched a neighbors cat lick it self clean and a couple of cows laying down and no birds are flying around,,, so rain is coming for sure,,,

You could call the police and see what they say. However generally anything ordered under a divorce decree is a civil or family court matter. Meaning you would have to take him back to family court for contempt or you may be able to file a small claims suit. Call the police ASAP, call the pawn shop first thing tomorrow (they probably won't do much but may hold the rings if the cops say to) then you need to call the attorney that handled your divorce and ask him what your legal options are.

ok then,,,this makes it a diffrent story cuz in your first post the grave digger thought you said it was in a devorce thing,,,so go file a stolen ring report and the cops will go seize the ring from the pawn shop then after talking to your ex about this ring,,,this ex will pay the pawn bill if any so he wont be charged,,,you should go tomorrow before its sold and after telling the police go to the pawn shop and point out the ring and tell them what your doing and this ring is stolen and not to sell it,,,they will most likely set the ring back,,,but if they sell it after you tell them,,you could sue the pawn shop because of ignorence and being greedy,,,
