Missouri Dept of Conservation has a facebook page. They call it MDCOnline. lots of good tips and exchange of ideas there. You might even look on fb to see what Arkansas has.
Most of the National Forrest areas are probably good places. You can't know for sure till you go look.
I do remember seeing one on Route 181 Douglas County in the Mark Twain Nat'l Forrest...just north of Twin Bridges (Hwy 181 North & Hwy 14), but its hard to tell if they always migrate back to the same areas or not.

caulfeild mo,,,is the best place to see eagles,,,every year,,,its like in there path when travling,,,and yes they stay around there for a while,,,the grave digger hopes to see some and video record them in flight,,,what a beautiful bird when in flight,,,if the grave digger does get some video footage,,will send to the quill for everyone to enjoy,,,am sure they would print some pictures of that,,,cuz the quill are patriots and the owner likes animals,,,ps,,,the owner of the quill, writes stories sometimes that the grave digger enjoys,,,the one about a trip with he and his wife and there dog a while back was funny,,,good luck on your bald eagle adventures,,,try the caulfeild area,,,

the grave digger likes opportunities,,,,in fact if your looking for a male lover,,,,,the digger can help you out,,,,,,only if you are a guy,,,,boobies scare the grave digger,,,,,,,it must have been them little green men anal probing me all the time that got me into the gay leather fetish scene,,,,but the grave digger knows somewhere out there is a hairy gay man to call the digger's own,,,,,,

My wife and observed a Bald Eagle at the south end of the cemetary going towards Pomona. It was flying quite low and very majestic. Would love to figure out where it's nesting.

that would be cool to get some snap shots of an eagle swooping down and grabbing a trout from a river then flying off with it in its claws,,,that would be post card perfect,,wouldnt it?

I shot at one but hit a White Artic Owl instead. It was an amazing shot. I was Hunting with my 22cal. rifle with long shot bullets. If any of you have a problem with this I can hunt you down and slap the piss out of you. I will have another Eagle hanging on my wall with or without your help. It looks like a AD hwy hunt today. I have been tracking them for 2 days now so thank you.

I think I saw a couple a few days ago. Now whether they were actually "bald" eagles or not, I can't say for certain. Perhaps, they were members of a white supremacist group of golden eagles who just wanted to appear "tough" looking.
