Is there any place in this town W.P. that offers LOW-IMPACT yoga for low prices?
Time to get in shape without the strenuous exercise and get back to health without paying the prices the health clubs charge.

I'm still waiting to hear from Moses where "Yoga"
comes from the devil?
Now I do understand that certain types of meditation techniques are (supposedly associated with the devil's work) But, Yoga, I always assumed was a type of exercise with mild meditation techniques. Waiting for the devil/yoga proof.

Check out the civic center. They use to have yoga on Thursday evenings. Not sure if they still do or not.

I discovered yoga tonight (for myself)....
But I was doing it simply to relieve pain in arm...and just by instinct the stretches and manuvers became more extreme, until I was upside down in some odd wierd stretched out position...not ever thinking of it as 'yoga'...but rather...

'Gee, there's gotta be a position radical enough to releave the pain in my arm'...

And oddly enough it worked...

To me, I was simply manipulating blood flow through muscles and joints, to gt desired results, which was 'relief'...and it worked...

How the heck self healing could be from the devil is beyond me...

That's like saying Aspirin is from the devil...

There was no religion of diety worship in what I was doing...I was simply stretching out in an extreme way to get oxygen flowing through joints and muscles...

Now I think I'll start doing it on a regular basis...

But I must say, doing these extreme manuvers has got my bwls moving...like squeezing toothpaste out of tube I guess...odd...

Like a cleansing process...
