Despite the success of expansion in Illinois, Arkansas and Kentucky, Missouri's refusal to take part in expanding Medicaid will cost Missouri hospitals $700 million in Medicaid payments and $3.3 billion in Medicare payments by 2019.

That's because Missouri lawmakers would rather hurt the citizens of Missouri than try something that is not their idea or fits in with their philosophy.

yes, it comes down to two kinds of people in this world, people that care (Democrats) and people that do not care about anything but greed (Republicans). Time for the masses to red-pill.
