Dr. Laurie has been my doctor since she moved here. I totally trust her and she has been very good to me throughout my struggles with COPD. I really like her husband also.

I don't know, however, if she is taking any new patients. You'd just have to call the WS Medical Clinic and ask.

I applaud you for trying to pass on the information without attacking someone's reputation on-line. You are a rarity on this forum. Thank you!

I also need to find a primary care Dr. but he/she needs to be in WP. Also any recommendations of a dentist and an OB/GYN would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I would recommend Brian Morrison, dentist, he is younger and has a great mannerism about him. He is in with Dr. Temple, who is okay but not as young as Morrison. OB/GYN there is Dr. Watson. There is however a new Doctor coming to Burton Creek sometime later this year. She is supposed to be really good. Moving from Florida

Sadly, Dr. Clarkston is not accepting new patients. I was told in April to check back in six months. Checked back in September and was told the same thing - check back in six months. Apparently they are short a physician in their practice and the other doctors have had to take on his patients.

Dr. James Thompson is an excellent Family Practitioner here in West Plains. Kind and compassionate with excellent credentials and bedside manner and he is taking new patients.

Celeste Williams, at Doctors urgent care, is a FNP, not a doctor, but she is terrific. We use her as a primary care doc.

Really good.

I used Dr Thompson in the past, and was always kept waiting for hours for appointments. Perhaps it is better now.

you do need to seek some help for all of those venereal diseases, and stop spreading them.

I am looking for a doctor who is accepting pain patients. My current FP is no longer seeing pain patients and I am henceforth looking for a new one. I have called over 20 docs/clinics from W.P. all the ways to Springfield and no such luck. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
