I don't know how accurate these are but they are pretty interesting....maybe you could check some of them out and let us know.I saw one about a place in Alton and a few for West Plains. And for some reason they say it happens around Halloween.Hmm

i only know of one, where it was broad daylight with a whole bunch of people in a room at the Pinebrook Inn in Siloam Springs Mo and they heard a banging noise from the celing, and somebody was up there, they heard somebody scream and pretty soon a body fell out of the tiles in room 14 and nobody ever caught the killer. and JimEd Burks go hit in the head with a Hatchet while he was workin on the roof there. he almost died. I've been there. I have Collins Blod in me, so they dont mess with me, but i wouldnt go with ANYBODY unless they have Collins or Wilkerson blood in them. go there at your own risk. in room 9 there are bloody syringes in the celing.i been there. it's closed now die to the murders. but you can go check it out and if you believe in ghosts, go. see how many you see. i have seen quite a few.

Pomona, Missouri Ghost Stories

While the sun shines you might imagine Pomona, Missouri is just the same as any other settlement, but when the gloomy shadows of the nighttime float in the living dead appear. Things go down around here that can't be rationalized. People who have never spent a night in this town will surely tell you it's lies, but anybody who has spent a night in Pomona, Missouri knows better.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A sizeable scary phantom was made out hiding a body by a big boulder in Dean Davis State Wildlife Area around midnight. This is one of those ghosts that is spotted over and over again in close proximity.

The ghost of a young guy having on a confederate uniform came into sight next to Dripping Spring before sunrise shifting orbs about. The witness escaped right after she set eyes on the spirit.

The phantom of a strapped up man was witnessed by Grisham Lake Dam on a dark night gazing at the water. The ghost didn't mind that there was somebody other in attendance. It's been argued that this individual ghost gets pleasure from frightening foolish folks who come seeking ghosts in Pomona. No matter what people utter, it's a menacing ghost that you don't want to meet in the early morning hours.

The ghost of a young-looking woman soaked in blood emerged very late at night drifting down on Galloway Creek. When the witness showed up the ghost fled.

The ghost of an elderly sorceress was noticed wandering by the side of a secluded road in the vicinity of Pomona. The arrival of the eye witness frightened the ghost who then vanished.

Where is Rover? Up here in Springfield there's an old farm that's pretty crazy called Albino Farm.

They made it into a movie==Albino Farm..
I liked it.

I have been to that little cemetary, I think I know which one you are talking about. It's off 160.. you take a dirt road on the right.. then another left? And the cemetary is on the left. It's been years since I've been there.

I havnt seen the movie yet but from the ads I've seen it doesn't seem to follow the legend at all.

Yea, I didn't figure that it did.
I read about the actual Albino farm legend online, then wanted to see the movie.
It wasn't a bad movie though. Wasn't scary. But not many movies are.

Not Kevin collins family. i hate that guy. he is a bad bad person... im sorry if im not accurate. but i do know jimed got hit with a hatchet like object because i was with him. and i do know something similar happened there because thet is why it is closed down. believe me. my grandpa's cousin is a wilkerson and collins and he grew up there. and i konw he did. but im really sorry if it isnt all accurate. but i know my family history. and i know about my cousin..and im positive jimed got hit with a hatchet like object and he did almost die. ask st. johns in springfielsd. didnt mean to cause any trouble or but inaccurate info.. i just heard that is why it closed down from someone i know..named Brian Powers.

The cemetary on grace ave.(which that isn't the street but can't think of it) isn't haunted. Some of my family used to be manager of it and we would play all around there. In the old part there is a parrot barried with its owner. The Cafe 37 building is supposed to be haunted because of the big explosion that happened there years ago. Truth be anyone can think they see something about anywhere. lol I have!
