Minimum wage goes up 10 cents Wednesday. I was curious as to whether everyone's wages are going to go up. Like if you already make over minimum wage do you still get the increase or just people making minimum wage now?

What I've usually seen is the minimum wage affects part-time employees much more than full-timers. Then after the wage rate goes up, the part-timers hours go down per week, so instead of getting a raise, they usually end up with fewer hours per week & less pay over all. more dollars per hour don't mean a thing if they don't add up to more hours per pay period.
But in most cases those who already earn above minimum wage, it won't affect their income at all.
In the long run I doubt any of that will even matter when you consider what the rate of inflation will be.
At least the President, Vice President & Congress got a raise this year! Those poor guys & gals have been working for peanuts for the longest time.

Don't forget, employers have the right to reclassify your job as either a full-time or part time position. If you job is reclassified from full-time to part-time, guess what? Your hours per week could be shortened.

No, only business owners that employee workers that currently make minumum wage are required to adjust wages for those employees. It is not a cross the board increase for everyone if they are making above minimum wage.
