Never again will I set foot in there. Once they get your money, you're on your own. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I regret even buying a Kubota.

It's not the Kubota per say, it's the lack of concern for the customer when there is a problem. I will travel as far as I need to take my business elsewhere. I have already ordered filters online.

Next time take your old filter into Oreilly's or your favorite auto parts store, and see if they have a match. Note the 'micron' to be sure you are filtering fine enough.

I bought a chainsaw and they wouldnt stand behind it. I buy a new saw I expect it to run.
