Last month we were billed and payed it as was every previous bill. They changed their billing cycle, according to the rep we talked too.

there is no arguing my post, thats what happened in my situation. Maybe thats not what happened to you but I am not wrong in saying what happened to me. They sent me notification via email that the bill was not going to be sent out but not to worry about it because they werent going to shut it off and to expect a double bill this month. Which is exactly what happened. I dont understand why you would even bother arguing with me about this.

I got an email about the new billing as well. I simply went online and made a payment for the amount that our bill usually is to avoid getting a bill for 2 months worth of service. The next month I had a credit of 19 cents. I received this months bill last week and I'm back on track now. I can understand complaining about the reception issues but the billing issue isn't that big of a deal. If a person didn't get the email they should have went online or picked up the phone and called US Cellular to find out why. Anyone with a brain knows that you aren't going to get a free month of service so at some point your bill is going to be double if you don't go ahead and make a payment.

I never said that comments were wrong or incorrect but assuming my situation was same as yours is not true. I was BILLED last month and I paid that bill. Pay attention now...I was billed for two month's on my current bill even though I have paid EVERY MONTH including last month. Reception sucks and they are changing their billing dates like it or not. I have a brain and don't expect a free month of service. Never said that. Just relaying what happened to me with the billing because if what the rep told me is true you guys should be expecting a new bill very soon just like I got.

i have auto pay and they double bill me today. finance rep said system took out for sept. and oct. i could let it ride and not have another bill till nov. or fax them a copy of my bank statement and they would credit my bank account.

So we got another bill today! That now makes four bills in a one month period, lol. We can't get a straight answer from US Cellular so we are going to file a complaint with the MO Attorney General. We've also switched our phones to a different carrier as this is just ridiculous. Good thing we don't have auto pay or we would be out $2700 on a bill that should be no more than $300. Thank you US Cellular! Good luck to anyone dealing with them.

So what is the real deal with US Cellular? Are they over billing to have enough revenue for the iphone upgrade? Surely not as that would be illegal.

I went in to the local US Cellular store to rectify my billing issue and check on the status of a previous ticket addressing the billing problem. I spoke with a rep who said that only the rep who put in the ticket inquiry could check it. So when he went to talk to the rep who submitted the ticket she rolled her eyes and huffed. Last I checked I pay them money for a service not to be made out like I am a burden. Another carrier now has my business.

they are loosing a lot of business what is causing this mess im confused I have not got a bill in 3 months I go in there and pay what it usually is im so confused.

I believe it was toward the end of Sept that I got billed twice. They said I missed a payment somewhere or some other crap. I go into my local office and pay it monthly, in full. The whole group at the WP local office by Sonic is a new group that are rude and idiots. I see me switching carries before long as well.

Its pretty simple...go back to your bank statements starting in January of 2013 till now you should have made a total of 10 payments. I don't think anyone is getting taken advantage of. I have US Cell and yes the bills have been a little messed up but they are correct. Yes I have paid several in a row but I didn't have a bill in July or August so I expected to have to catch up on my payments. In the 14 Years I've had service this is the 1st issue ever. I will count that as a win.

I payed every month what was due and ever missed a single month in over fifteen years. Last month I was billed in excess of a thousand dollars. I paid that and then got another bill a week later for over two thousand dollars. My bill is never more than $350 dollars per month. So yes they screwed my bill up and were a holes when I tried to get it fixed. Hence the reason I left them for another carrier. Check out their Facebook page, we aren't the only ones that have had this issue.

Ever since they turned on 4g my service has went down hill. Use to have full signal at my house just half a mile from town. Now I can't have a conversation with someone without having the call dropped at least twice. They need to get there stuff together.

I made the mistake of signing up in May of 2013.
Agreements broken
Couldn't log in to my account
Not billing then over billing after transition
Over 1 hour to speak to a god damned human
F#$K US Cellular!
