What is going on with them? No bill sent in July, can't get
Anyone to answer when you call, signal SUCKS, SLOW reception, sometimes takes hours for a text to send or be received, no more my contacts back up, rewards points are going bye bye, even if you have thousands of reward points you can't upgrade no sooner than four months early, prices going up on everything! What the hell is going on with them???? In the ten years we've been with them never had the horrid problems we're having now. And NO more battery swap! WTF is happening with them??

Wow, I've been wondering the same and thought it was just me. I assumed last month's bill had gotten lost in the mail. My reception has not been great in the last few months. I just chalked that up to tree growth as the elevations in our area are sketchy and US Cellular is the only carrier we can get a cell signal in our home from. The texts seem to go through fine within US Cellular customers but it sometimes takes up to an hour if I send a text to a friend with a different carrier. We don't upgrade our phones very much so I can't really complain about the reward points. However I'm not happy about the no battery swap. I, like you, have been a very long term customer and it sucks that they are no longer as customer friendly as they once were.

I switched to US Cellular because my wife has been a customer for about fifteen years. Service was better than Verizon for the first few months. However now my service is horrible! Dropped/missed calls, texts that do not immediately go through, internet constantly going between 1G and 3G with 3G being slower than 1G at times. It helps when I disable then enable data but it us temporary. Our service provider said a tower was down and service should be better in a few weeks. That was two months ago. We are seriously considering switching to another carrier soon even though a new 4G tower is supposedly being built and wife has been a customer for so long. We pay alot of money for mediocre service.

Are they getting rid of the reward points?? what about contact back up???? It looks like they could of sent everyone a text about july bill.

I received a text today or yesterday saying our devices would no longer be supported by my contacts back up, and a worker told me they're doing away with the reward points in the very near future and going back to two year contracts all because of getting the iPhone

The bills weren't sent out because something to do with upgrading the system and that has delayed the bills by 3 weeks. They're supposed to be adjusted accordingly. They don't answer the phone because with them remodeling and the system upgrade its jacked their phones up as well. I haven't heard anything about the rewards points ending but it makes sense.

I think it is sorry of them to cut people cells off when they can't get their bills out! I have a friend that kept calling them and they said it will be 3 wks for he would get a bill! They told him not to worry that they wouldn't cut him off but they did!

It is a total mess! One minute you have signal the next you don't! I sent my kids a text and they didn't get the text till 24 hours later when they was setting right beside me! I have never had problems like this with them. I always had signal when I was with at&t customers who didn't have signal. Now I just have to be lucky to have any signal. I was on hold 45 minutes with the 611# a week ago and the guy who answered finally said some CEO from McDonald's came in and took over u.s cellular, screwed it all up by making promises,and contracts with apple just to be able to carry the iPhone not putting the customers or employees first. They all turned on this woman and she made the mess even worse then resigned but nothing can be done now because contracts was signed. The guy said he's so fed up he wasn't lying or covering u.s cells ass to another customer he was going to tell it like it is because besides an
Employee he's a customer too but not for much longer with how they're doing their customers

I wondered why my bill hadnt came as well. My service has been horrible lately too. Terrible signal strength. Starting to get fed up.

Their service SUCKS! It is getting worse, if that was even possible! If you go to their Facebook page almost every comment says they are having problems. This is ridiculous!

I'm on prepay. I can't access how many mins. or pay on the phone right now. I don't get a bill. I just have to pay it when it's due or my service is shut off. I had probably 100 mins. left when I went up there to see if I could get my new card on there to replenish my mins. as needed. He couldn't do it due to the messed up system they got.he replenished my mins. as I was not going to be able to come up there because of work. He said I'd have my mins. from that month on it. This has happened before. They take your mins. I was in there 45 mins. and I was the first customer in line. Stupid they had such good system.

All the promises of having 4G over a year ago, and now just so few could get iPhone the whole business is fkd up and we the long time customers are paying and suffering for it. Who cares about iPhone that's old news just as blackberry. As with everything can't leave well enough alone. Everything that's good and fine and liked the way
It us always gets jacked with and screwed up! Floor iPhone they suck and nobody caRes about iPhone now. U.S cell is always last to get everything and by that time it's old news. Fix the problems or keep loosing pissed off customers!

West plains has never been fair to me, however the service at the Mountain Grove store is great. Almost impressive. The store the used to be across from Walmart wasn't to bad either.

I used to have us cellular in Wp. But when I got out of bootcamp in Chicago and tried to get my phone turned on up there apparently Sprint has bought out us cellular up there and recently in St. Louis. So slowly Sprint is buying them out. That may be why.

Dms except with customer service at the store. Now ever since the so-called upgraded it, it's a mess to find out how many mins is left, an hour wait to pay your bill on the phone. Then today, I was in Walmart when I was making a call it said a few times to dial the area code and the number. I had pushed the redial button! Then it said that it was out of service. When it went through y ou couldn't hear them. I am considering going to a new company. Anyone have any good prepay plans anywhere besides there?

I heard they are going to start charging a 35 dollar activation fee when you renew your contact. This coupled with horrible service has made me start looking for a new service provider.

Well looks like we are being double billed this month, lol. I guess they changed their billing cycle so yet again the customer has to suck it up. One only has to look at their Facebook page to see they have some major issues and customer complaints. I believe eventually they will either loose the majority of their customers or will have a class action lawsuit filed against them. I am changing carriers this week as we were hit with over a thousand dollar bill this month. More than the mortgage on my home lol.

I got double billed this month too but then I was expecting it since I wasnt billed last month and they did send me notification last month about the whole situation.
