My family is thinking about opening a business in town. How does everyone think an Andy's would do? I know the Springfield ones are great!

Love Andy's.
There are two pretty new ice-cream/frozen custard places in town. Dairy Queen and an ice-cream spot at Potters. Might be too much competition?? I don't know. Just thinking out loud, so to speak.
Andy's would be great though! I'd like to see a Panera Bread here someday too. Good Luck!

An Andy's would be great. But it is a huge risk.

BTW.... The Hatley's were originally going to open an Andy's but the buy in price is a massive amount of money AND you have to have a net worth of either a quarter or a half million dollars (I forget which it is) to even qualify to buy in to the franchise.
Instead of that , I'd give my eye teeth if a " Steak & Shake" came here !!!
Who wouldn't. they already said, "NO". Not enough population or something...what they don't take into consideration is that HWY is so heavily traveled.
