Lol bet they fall for the companies propaganda. Dumb hicks around here hate a living wage and benefits. The company stoolies will work behind the scenes talking sh*t and true to the chicken shits they are they will cave in cause ain't none of those scabby bastards got what it takes to stand up for themselves. Face it this shit hole town just ain't smart enough to see big pictures.

I hope they get the union. Maybe it will help to raise wages across the board in West Plains.

No they will have a hard fight Armstrong is a antiunion mother ifer of a ccompany. And even if the employees do turn out to be smart enough to go union (I doubt it) these other businesses will just spend more money on anti union countermeasures. One thing is for sure if they fail to go union the company will wait about 6 months to a year and purge all the employees both pro and con.

Well I have to say that it is about time. Glad we finally get a chance to make our voices heard. I have a feeling that it's going to go through and I hope other factory/business see that forming a union is a good thing and do the same for themselves. Remember this is not about causing Armstrong to fail but for the employees to have some respect when they go to work.

The great proof that unions really do work for Armstrong is that they have union plants. Armstrong is the largest and most successful wood flooring company in the USA.

I hope you get it to. There is no question that union shops pay better have better benefits and protect there members. But companies have a host of tactics they will use to defeat employees. As you can see from "rash's" comment they already have a few company suck asses going around talking shit and spreading rumors and lies. But if you hold together you will eventually come out on top.

What do you have against employees at Armstrong trying to improve there position? Or are you just a member of management who's bing paid to screw the workers. I bet you are just a chicken shit that gets some kind of feel good sensation from being told what a good worker you are for screwing your coworkers like a dog being patted on its head by its master.

Of course he is, union gets in and he knows he will be held accountable for his actions. Someone should keep a close eye on him and document everything he says and does. If he is a hothead then he is bound to commit a labor board violation.

people need to wake up look at the history of companies with unions. Not a good track record. There are some Armstrong employees that DO NOT want Union!!! Look at what happened to Detroit, and other big business. Can you say BANKRUPT

Sounds like you need to study up on your history a lot. Detroit was ruined by the same greedy corporate thugs types that are keeping Armstrong_workers repressed with poor working conditions. Clearly you are a member of management or a company suckass sale out that has some masochistic need to be patted on the head and told what a good little worker you are. Well enjoy that feeling cause after they use you they will screw you.
