Dr. Alhawari left the practice.

No other in town.

Dr. Hiler was just a contract dr. Someone hired to come fill in while a reg doc is on vacation, or while another doc is recruited, etc.

Contract docs aren't permanent.

No other in town.

Dr Holloway is a urologist. His office is on Kentucky Ave. south of Broadway in the newer 2 story brown brick building, same place as the OMC urgent care that sits along the 63 bypass.

Urology is the medical science related to the kidneys & urinary system. Nephrology is the branch of medicine concerned with diseases of the kidney...so gee I have no idea there head shaker.

This hospital is the most unstable hospital company I have ever seen for a small town. It not uncommon to see a 100 people lay-off or fired each year. I don't believe the people in our community can get a quality healthcare without finding out why these doctors are quitting. It's about the money and Mike Gross VP.

Hmm. How does mike gross and the money come into play regarding drs leaving?

Majority leave because this town offers nothing. Nothing for their spouses, nothing for nightlife (sophisticated, educated, adult nightlife) and doesn't meet many of the docs religious or cultural needs. Down to little things such as types of food available local , both in restaurants and grocery shopping.

Where do you get your info?

Yes related but nephrologist and urologist are two different docs. Two different speciality. If they were interchangeable I'm sure OMC wouldn't have paid for a nephrologist and urologist.

The doctor was let go for performing procedures on patients without a license. It's rumored he was touching them inappropriately! Small town gossip. Dare the newspaper print that!
