Heard someone talking at work the other day about the husband getting disability Cu's of his bad back but next Congo had to do with him cutting wood and next Congo was how they gonna check on the big tax refund! Now that just infuriates me!

That's what makes me irate! I have medical problems that will affect me the rest of my life,24 hours a day. And try and try and get nowhere,,,but people that lie and abuse the system gets it handed to them!

I assume you're referring to Social Security Disability Benefits. If so go to the website below, you can find answers to many of your questions. If you still have questions call or visit the nearest Social Security office.

I just got my disability throught after waiting 7 years. I broke my back and cant get around very good. Im in constant pain. Just dont give up and get a good lawyer. Ken Waggonor is the best in West Plains.

What do you do when the alj lied about you in the decision letter,made false assumptions that wasn't even brought up to in the hearing,,,etc

Get a laywer to appeal it. Thats what happen to me and when my lawyer appealled it to the federal court the discussion was reveresed. Good luck and dont give up. It will take lots of time and give up they have won.

I used Cynthia McPherenson out of Mtn. Grove. My kids used Ken Waggonor here in West Plains. Both will be fair.
