Funny, the mother never mentioned that her son was a criminal driving a stolen car, or the fact that her son placed the vehicle in reverse backing toward the police officer, who was attempting tp stop her son. I guess if her son killed the police officer, which he may have inadvertantly done by his actions, we would not hear from her. Criminals who flee from the police do not deserve our sympathy, unfortunately neither do their families.

Why does the fact that the attorney graduated Harvard mean anything? The attorney had to give that information to the press to what? Make everyone shake in their boots? Sorry but nothing will come of this lawsuit, the agency will defend itself and the deputy and the PBA will also defend the deputy, could it be that the circumstances dictated the use of force in this instances? Could it be possible that this felon caused his own demise? A wrongful death lawsuit is very difficult to win a judgement in and I don't believe one has ever been won against the police, besides, this will be tied up for years and we will never ever hear what happens, this is the big story, one day only!
