The hoodlums won't read this of course, but if they did, they would just steal large caliber revolvers.

The story about the forensics is interesting, but how do you murder 4 people, obviously with it planned, and do an armed carjacking and posess a gun by a convicted felon and only get 40 years. He must have a great PD or the government had a weak case.
