Dixie Highway. Not as outright dangerous as some that head right through the ghettos, but for sure has it's share of drug dealing, crime and recently a Dixie prostitute was found dead in a dumpster.
Plus I'm pretty sure Dixie has more hookers working it then any other PBC Street
have to agree. dixie is bad. just think of all those hookers spreading AIDS and disease all over i think thats more dangerous than anything AIDS can kill ya! plus the strip bars all along dixie most of the skanky dancers there ARE hookers and they have AIDS and diseases too. dixie is dangerous the diseases the strippers and hookers have can kill ya faster than anything!

its gotta be tamarind, dunbar, and riveria beach. There are areas in all towns that are bad but nothing rivals this area, its so bad I fear nothing can be done, it was allowed just to go down and down. Broadway is probably a close second, and parts of Lake worth a third, it seems like all of florida is going down.

I think boynton beach from North Fed to south Fed to North fed as you go into Delray. I see homeless, druggies, hookers, winos, pimps, dealers etc...all the time and the cops just pass them up and keep going, boyntons finest!! gag!!

What really hurts is having two strip bars on the same street in the same city, these two places have been raided and busted for drugs, dealing, females with AIDS and VD practicing unsafe sex and corrupting minors and guess what? they still are open! HELLO police, mayor, commision, whats going on here?? we dont need to strip clubs on the same street, it breeds crime and drugs and gets more disease=infested hookers to stroll! Why do you permit it? Boynton has gone to the dogs, they allowed it to become trashy, and no amount of high-rise's are going to save it, noone decent hard-working people are going to spend big bucks on these places when the scum roam the street, dealing and stealing and diseased hookers and strippers infect our town with God knows what!

Boynton you win the prize and its a shame and an outrage, the powers to be could of stopped it and now its too bad to stop, boynton is finished over, and they allowed it, so sad, so very sad.

I dont know Lake Worth is pretty bad. Its hard to find an area thats considered decent anymore, the subarbs and the city seemed to have merged in a way, the crime and drugs are everywhere, and gangs are terrible its gotten to the point where no place in LW is safe, its been hit real hard..

I was reading the above letter about boynton, thru I still think LW is worse than BB its probably a close second I lived in BB many years.

when I first came down the it was pretty much nice all over with the exception of where they are talking about now North federal, south fed was great, so beautiful and built up, people could walk the streets at midnight around there.

North Federal and the North seacrest have never been good, believe it or not, and this goes to what the above poster said, boynton had THREE strip bars at one time, up on N Fed there use to be a "Maury's" kind of a hole in the wall little shack, the girls were biker chicks and it was not clean but it did not seem to bother anyone since it was so small and he did not allow drugs at all.

A few years later the showtime opened across the street and literally drove Maury's out of business, Maury's was small time, just topless not nude and cheap and the girls were NOT prostitutes, some were older some bikers, anyway showtime drove him away, but having two strip bars for awhile across the street from one another really lowered the area, the hookers and pimps came in droves, and the pushers and drug addicts, the showtime was raided and accused of prostitution and drug dealing and the whole area fell apart, people who live in the area for years moved out, nice streets, nice working people, retire's forced out crime and murder flourished, Maury left, the other nasty place stayed and crime went through the roof it turned into a slum within 2 years! Showtime, started the demise and its still going on today, drugs, AIDS, strippers who are hookers spreading disease, and this neigborhood was so great, now its a slum and people avoid it except the criminals of course.

I see this happening now down on South Fed same thing as years ago, a little slower but its coming, behind the strip bar hosts 4 crack houses where people buy dope, homeless people with open beer walk down the street panhandling, prostitutes walk down the street and the new strip bar was just raided for prostitution, drugs, and corruption of minors, people have been beat and shot there and I am quite sure the disease rate is as high as the other one.

I am leaving boynton soon. There was a time it was paradise but our lackluster Mayor's police, health agencies and commission allowed it to become a dirty slum and let crime take over.

Lake worth was not much better I moved from there. I plan to move out of state, fresh snow, autumn colors, fresh air, honest officials. Its heartbreaking to see what has happened to south fl and it could of been prevented.

Just was reading some old posts tonight have a bad cold and passing the time since I cant sleep well. Two years ago this was so very true but now, being a delray resident, I can happily say Boynton beach has put these two craphouses out of business! The swat team, board of health and the police raided these two dens of drugs disease and dirt and closed them down! Crime in both boynton and delray has gone way down since all those strippers and hookers and pimps and criminals left town and took their filth with them, we now have cleaner safer streets thanks to boynton and delray cops. Now West palm and Lake worth have to clean up thier trash its really bad in some areas, I hope they do it real soon!

I left West Palm 4 years ago and it really wasn't all that bad. Lake Worth, particularly Lake Worth Road was bad east of Military Trail where the adult book store was. I remember being flashed, propositioned, and followed on my way to work one day and i decided never to walk to work again. This was 17 years ago mind you. When i left 4 years ago, i wouldn't even go to the corner if i didn't do it in a locked car. I've been thinking about moving back to West Palm. I don't think i want to now that I've read these posts. Wow!

I dated a girl for a year from West Palm Beach, she's not your skinny thin woman she's heavy bb w, I spent almost all the time with her while we were together but the hours we spent apart didn't seem real. She would say she wasn't cheating and never had any intention of cheating yet she'd have that demeanor as if she was cheating, thinking of cheating or had cheated on me. When she would ask me to lend her some cash, and I didn't have the money to lend her. She would say I'll have to find another way to get the money, and I would ask her how she planned and she would tell me not to worry

She worked out of those seedy motels on N Dixie Hwy in LW. Many pretend to operate as motels as a coverup but alot of them are fronts for drugs and prostitution. For women not willing to stand outside on a street corner, they can pay by the hour and some allow several hookers to pay for one room and many hookers share that room. Some are also known to the owners to operate drug dealing. The owners get a percentage to allow this. One Breezeway Inn has several resident hookers who allow other hookers to pay to use their rooms and send one out to solicit for the rest. You get sight unseen. Crazy what all goes on at these places.

Y'all need to be happy that u dont come from Philly or Camden, NJ. They are some sh*t holes. However keeping it down here in Palm beach county I used to live in Boynton and Seacrest was definitely a rough area. Not familiar with LW but I hear it's no good.
