Why is this taking up legitimate news space? This isn't Rose Hill Manor is it?...must be a slow news day...Embarrassingly typical of Port Arthur...

I would be scared to live in Port Arthur, lol. No offense but too many drive by shootings, gangs, etc. Not to mention the schools rate poorly academically.
