W. Newbury is sued after teen's arrest
“Basically, what the police did was they ordered this police drug testing kit online or something . . . and said go use them.”
When the mother looked at her 16-year-old son's day planner, she could barely make out what was left of the sketch. via Boston.com

Humiliation. You are not alone Delotto Family. We just read the Boston Globe news and were devistated to see what happened to your son. We have seen similar (and many of them) situations come and go where Mr Binaghi has been in charge at the Middle School and Pentucket High School. We were also personally humiliated and ended up changing schools and moving. Our boys are A students, taking honour classes, and heading to top colleges now after a 3 year recovery time from the Pentucket school system where they were failing miserably. After being in a different school system, we can look back and compair. Luckily our boys recovered, but others don't. Please people, look at what is happening in your school and its attitude toward your children.
