I guess Newark figures that it worked the other two times, why not make it three. It's going to be a battle of lawyers, lets see who has the better one. West Milford needs to step up and start to find ways to generate money, the taxes in town are crazy to start with. Most of the properties are way over assest to begin with and in today's realestate market, nothing is selling (unless you are giving it away)
