So many bad drivers out there.

Lets all pray for Judith and her family. This is terrible- plain terrible. This poor woman was on her way to work, doing the right thing. She was in a crosswalk- again doing the right thing. The first driver should be charged as well. I walk in crosswalks, cross when I have a green light or the right of way as a pedestrian. When I drive, same thing. Pedestrians have the right of way. There have been numerous occasions when I have almost been hit by a car, including police cars, in the Strip all while being in a crosswalk.
Police- please enforce the law. Drivers- PLEASE use common sense.
Now the police are making a presence? Where were they before?
