They should have included officer Dale MCcue in the suspension. He is a real live nut job. He pulled me over last year after tailgating me repeatedly, and his only excuse was that I had an air freshener hanging from my rearview mirror. This after I had to ask him three times the reason for the stop.

So…because an officer pulled you over for having an air freshener hanging off your rearview mirror, he should be suspended?? Sounds like he was doing the job of a policeman who is enforcing the traffic laws.

Since you want to be a Boston Lawyer, let me just show you how much you really think you know but don't know. First and foremost this keystone kop tailgated me repeatedly and blinded me with bright headlights that shined from his cruiser and reflected off my rearview mirrors.I pulled into a gas station to stop him from blinding and tailgating me. I waited for about 5 minutes and he disappeared. I then continued to drive home only to have him begin to tailgate me again( yes he actually waited for me to leave the gas station while parked around the corner!) Under Pennsylvania State Law an airfreshener is not considered a windshield obstruction or traffic violation. Tailgating is a traffic violation. He also had the nerve to not use his turnsignals, another traffic violation. I suggest you research the law before posting comments such as this. If you decide to reply, I will tell you the whole story including how this coked up methed up corrupt cop did other illegal things when he pulled me over. furthermore it seems as though you are uncertain of whether he was actually performing his duties. Rather than stating "he was" you stated "sounds like" he was. well,Officer Away at Work, how can a police officer enforce and break traffic laws without being a hypocritical jerk with a badge. Try not to arrest me for exercising my first Amendment rights. After all we are not under Martial Law yet.

I looked into whay you said "Bro" and it appears that your wrong. According to Title 75 section 4524 a, anything that would impair the drivers clear view of the roadway would be an obstruction and this would include an air freshener. I checked for the air freshener exception, but did not find that. I'm just responding to what YOU wrote. What you originally posted does not constitute any disciplinary action. Now that you went more in to depth about the stop, I have even more of an indication that you are a complete idiot. Why would you pull over and wait at a gas station? Is the whole world out to get you? Poor thing. That a**hole must of even had the nerve to ask you for your identification. You bring a legitimate complaint and the whole story to the table; I would be the first on you side. What you posted about makes you sound like a whining puss.

As for me, I’m neither a layer nor a police officer. I can however build you a hell of computer or design you a killer web site. I for one could not tolerate the crap that a police officer has to put up with on a daily basis.

Responding to awayatwork. I am frightened by your education, infomation technology is a good field for those who are competent at it. I myself am at the masters level working on a doctoral degree. So I am really frightened, you know. If you would have done your research throughly, you would have encountered the following precedent cases. Commonwealth v. Benton, 440 Pa. Super. 441, 655 A.2d 1030, 1995 Pa. Super. 586 (1995) State trooper did not possess reasonable and articulable grounds to believe that a violation of the Motor Vehicle Code, specifically 75 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann.§ 4524(c), had been violated in order to justify a stop in that there was no testimony whatsoever that a "thin strip air freshener" that hung from the rear view mirror materially obstructed, obscured, or impaired the driver's vision, or appeared to do so, nor did the lower court hear how the item constituted or appeared to constitute a safety hazard; consequently, contraband found in the vehicle should have been suppressed because the lower court's findings were not supported by the evidence, and its legal conclusion that the stop was lawful, was erroneous.
Commonwealth v. Felty, 443 Pa. Super. 559, 662 A.2d 1102, 1995 Pa. Super. LEXIS 2186 (1995). Police officer did not lawfully stop the motor vehicle for a violation of 75 Pa. Const. Stat.§ 4524(c), where no evidence existed to show that the object hanging from the rear-view mirror of appellant's motor vehicle appeared to materially obstruct, obscure, or impair his vision, or appear to constitute a safety hazard.
No I do not think that everyone is out to get me, just a few ignorant uneducated criminals with badges. Lawyer is spelled L.a.w.y.e.r not layer, Mr. IT specialist. If you design websites I can market them for you, and I can also put together a good business plan for you. Be careful not to make too much money to buy a Benz, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac etc; A jealous cop may pull you over because he doesn't have one and probably never will. Once again, I pulled into the gas station because he was tailgating me and blinding me with bright headlights. I asked the keystone kop why he pulled me over 3 times and after looking into my vehicle he said, oh well, you do have an air freshener hanging from your rearview mirror. Like he could really see an air freshener while he was following me at night. The complaint would be about 20 pages long so I decided not to cut and paste it. I am really not concerned about your opinion. I am concerned about the opinion of the FBI, Department of Justice, ACLU, United Nations, and the State Attorney General. If you want to do some research, research the former chief of the WMPD. Sorry if I bruised your pride. Please get your facts straight before you blurt out things that you know nothing about. I am considerably intelligent enough to not share the contents of the complaint so that you can positively identify me. As far as police tolerating crap, I am pretty sure they knew what type of situations they would face before they applied. If you don't like your job quit! There are Police Officer that tolerate the same type of crap that are not complete power tripped out jerks. There are still good Police Officers, no really, there are. A complete idiot would not be able to reach my educational status. A complete idiot is bad a spelling. Get your facts straight before you decide to make a fool of yourself.

Should I call you "Bro" or "Doc"? Anyway, were to start. I don’t recall asking for your resume, but I'll play along. I think it is great that you’re at the "masters level working on a doctoral degree". That is exactly what the world needs. Maybe when you get that doctoral degree, you can go to L.a.w.y.e.r school and be a complete waist of human flesh. As for me, I only have a total of 3 years of trade schools but don’t think that I'll need your services anytime soon. You see; I was able to retire a few years back from Pfizer at the old age of 39. I have already finished the race your about to start kid and on to my second career. Of the above vehicles listed, I have owned them all at on time or another with the exception of a Lexus. Not my thing. Just promise not to teach at the community collage level with your doctoral degree just in case I do decide to go back to school for spelling.

I will openly admit that I only looked at the title 75 and not any of the pertinent cases. I will do that today at my earliest convenience. Again, I was only responding to what YOU originally posted. I also know about Diener due to the fact he was a member of a social organization I belong to. You’re not spreading information that everyone didn’t know about 2 years ago and do concur about your suggested opinion about him. Hope he doing fine in jail.

Now onto your case. How did that turn out for you or are you still awaiting a responses from the "FBI, Department of Justice, ACLU, United Nations, and the State Attorney General" office? The United Nations??? Come on man, did you really type that?? And you called me "a complete idiot is bad a spelling", grammar doctor. I think you have now stolen the idiot award away from me and hoisted it far above your head where nobody else can reach it. Wear it proud man! I'll just leave the ACLU comment alone, Bro.

Getting back to awayatwork, Thanks for letting me know that you did not do complete research on this matter. I think you deserve the degree of Master of Science in stupidity. You say that you are retired, but you say that you are starting a second career. Retired but starting a second career, yeah sure. In the event that you do decide to return to school, I will be teaching at an Ivy League, a school that you probably will not be admitted to genius. If in fact you retired at the age of 39, that would mean that you started selling crack at the age of 19, legal drug dealer. Funny you have a knack for IT after spending only 3 years in trade school. I don’t know of any trade schools that offer associate’s computer hacker degrees. I hear that Chief Diener is the girlfriend of his cellmate, a rapist. You don’t like Lexus, that actually does not surprise being that this was the car I was driving when your male playmate pulled me over. You belong to the same Masonic organization as your friend Chief Diener, the Fraternal Order of Police. Thanks for this information, now I know that you are not only biased in favor of corrupt kops, but that you also are associated with them in West Mifflin. The organizations that I complained to informed me that they are overwhelmed with the number of police corruption complaints. I wonder why? I would be willing to represent you as a criminal defendant after attaining my JD. Who said anything about you driving all the vehicles I mentioned. I stated that cops would be jealous. Not you, unless of course, you are a cop. I don’t recall asking for your resume neither; you started the resume thing computer geek. The only waste of human flesh is your friend Chief Diener’s backside. For the record I am not racing with anyone, especially with someone twice my age. By the way I am a young adult not a baby goat, a Kid. Once again get your facts straight before you open your mouth. Nothing personal, just business, my major. The law of karma (what goes around comes around) will apply to you and this keystone kop.

Uhm, ok (snicker snicker) It seems you suffer from delusions of grandeur "Bro" and I think I now know why you are in the situation that you’re in. I, like I said, looked into the above cases. There is so little information about these cases you refer to on the web. I will have to take you at face value.(Now I’m scared) However, I did find something interesting. Two of the above mentioned cases have to do with suppression issues. Why would you need to cite cases about suppression issues? The whole complaint thing is starting to become a little clearer. You don't have a complaint against the police; the police have one against you. I’m guessing what you have is called a defense. I'm not making any quick assumptions about you "Bro" like you did me. Yes, I was a legal drug dealer for some time and that is something that is starting to look like what we have in common Mr.pull in to a gas station until the police leave because I'm not doing anything wrong. Sorry to disappoint you that I don’t belong to any professional organizations. By social organization, I was referring to the Duquesne Club. I don’t have a degree nor do I need one. I have been in sales my whole life and I’m able to spot the bull shit by looking at your posts. A person is defined on what they have accomplished in life not by how much money that was wasted on you in school. You are most likely right about the school thing. I will never get into an Ivy League school and this is yet another thing that you and I have in common “Bro”. Nothing personal, just business, my experience.(see, I can speak caveman too)

Ok awayatwork, so now you are a drug dealer turned computer hacker, turned psychiatrist. It seems as though you are implying that I suffer from some type of paranoid psychoses. However the only thing that I am paranoid about, as stated before, are criminals with badges. It does not surprise me that you have gathered very little legal interpretation about the aforementioned cases. First an air freshener is not a windshield obstruction, second if a dumb cop pulls a person over for this, not only is the dumb cop in jeopardy for lacking probable cause, but also having any evidence suppressed that he or she may find. Suppose I had 10 dead bodies in the trunk of my car the night that this idiot pulled me over, all 10 of them would be suppressed because the dumb cop decided to pull me over for a perceived traffic violation. Not only does this give me a right to sue, but also insures that yet another murderer is back on the streets. Sounds like this guy is really trying to stop crime, huh. If you need additional information concerning these cases, please visit your local Law Library located in the City-County building on the 9th floor. As far as you being scared, it was not my intention to scare anyone. Further, the idiot that pulled me over did not even cite me for this alleged violation, why you ask, because there was no violation. I don’t think a cop as nice as this one that tailgated me repeatedly for 45 minutes straight, would have the common courtesy to give me a verbal warning. Because his is so nice. Personally I have never worked in pharmaceutical sales, street pharmacy or otherwise. It is interesting that you were a legal drug dealer, most of these positions require at least a four year degree in business or a related field. So I am sure you were a “legal” drug dealer. You are one of the more intelligent drug dealers that knows how to launder your hard earned crack sales. I would never have anything in common with a common person like yourself, that’s were you are drastically wrong, Retiree who is awayatwork. I respect you, but liking someone and respecting them are two entirely different things. Experience, you know with an M.B.A I have even more experience than someone in the industry for 15 years or longer. A waist of money, I think not. You remind me of those jealous employees who’s job I can walk right into without any experience, when they have been there for 10 years. Not my problem, my solution rather. My accomplishments far outweigh yours, and I am still a 20 some year young man. Hope you didn’t waste too much time gathering experience in the field. As far as suffering from grandeur delusions, when someone tries to put me down that doesn’t know me, I like to show them a not so humble-modest side of me. So for the fourth time get you facts straight.

I’ll make this to the point. You posted that "I have even more experience than someone in the industry for 15 years or longer". Stop believing what your professors told you in school. They get paid to lie to you. You got kissed before they fu**ed you.(I would have used a lube reference here but you already beat me to the homosexual thing) Tell me that again once you have that piece of paper hanging on your wall and are out there trying to find a job outside of teaching. I’ll have something for you if all else fails but I don’t think it will be in customer service. As far as your accomplishments far outweighing mine, I seriously hope that to be the truth but I’m strongly suspicious of that claim. I say that only because you’re still driving around in West Mifflin and you’re still in school. Not much you can accomplish professionally while still in school and being only 20 something. Beer chugging champion and living 6 months on noodles alone doesn’t count as an accomplishment. I, from time to time, read regional professional publications but have not noticed a stand out article about an up and coming masters student from Pittsburgh working on his doctoral degree article. I will keep my eye out for that. Until then, I will just assume that you are no more than average at best. Maybe you can be grand puba at graduation. Hell, I’ll even give you that as an accomplishment. By your statement about jealous employees who job you can have; that’s great if you’re content being someone’s employee (another lube comment would go here). It would seem to a novice business person like myself, that hiring you would be a risk due to you being over educated as in comparison to those jealous employees who have been somewhere for 10 yrs. You would be more likely to leave forcing a new hire. I now know you are very limited as to you capacity for business. Kid, here is some free advice. You will never make it out there and live up to you crazy delusions while working for someone else.

With the above being said, I will not continue this 13th grade correspondence. We have got way off topic with the whole whose dick is bigger bickering and I will withdraw from the running and agree that you are the bigger dick.(You can use that as yet another accomplishment)
bro

Irwin, PA

#20 Nov 6, 2007
Yeah, that would make you the smaller dick genius. Good luck with your business, you should be able to retire by age 70 for real this time. Hopefully your business will keep you occupied enough to stay the f@!k out of my business. Maybe the entire police force should follow your example. It was fun talking to you. You are really funny.
