Sometimes thing need to be taken care off without notifying family members. Pat was a nice guy, but he knew too much and could bury a lot of people. It's best this way. Stevie.

Only those who played cards, broke bread, and shared liquid refreshmens with the late Dr. Risha need to be concerned.

He never seemed to recover fully from his stomach by-pass surgery. He did not look well when he testified publically at the MASD Cornell School sex scandal hearing. But, he did an out-standing job of covering up for the educators that did not get fired like AD. Rumor has it that he was behind removing a less than complimentary letter from a former teacher’s file and replacing it with an exoneration letter. He was on top of his game with things like this.

You mean the kid that Risha fixed the grades up so he could play football? That kid?

I think he ate himself to death. I'd take the city van to west mifflin and feed him Philadelphia cream cheese. I love pat. Now I'm stuck holding the bag for a dead guy. Somebody screwed me good.

It was the good Dr. Risha and all his politicians and vendors indebted to him for all of his never ending dubious favors and card games.

Somebody screwed me good. Ralph, hopefully in the near future it may be that several others are going to be sharing and struggling with his baggage like you. You are not the first one or an isolated case. I project that more should follow in the months ahead. I hope you man up and assist the authorities in concluding this. I smell the stench of the late superintendent's corruption and nepotism and vendor favoritism permeating the sanctums of the Port educational and governmental entities. Ralph recall an old Mexican adage; “You screw with the bull you get the horns.”

Ralph is singing like a bird. They had the bright lights on him and the scrotum clamps. Seems like the FEDS have several witnesses to call on. Very interesting to say the least. The investigating team has gotten into the 'meat' of corruption in the past school districts that Dr. Risha was involved in. Seems like board members could be involved as well. Looting school districts doesnt go over too well with the tax payers. Just because you were an ex school board member doesnt mean you're out of woods. Eyes will open up wide and jaws will drop in given time.Lining up ducks for a quick kill. more to come

Ralph recall an old Mexican adage; “You screw with the bull you get the horns.” Ever notice how Risha would take a tad under 10K in a lump sum for his personal agenda over the years in 3 school districts? Like the $9,995.00 from Clairton? Like the amount from West Mifflin for junk food.....this way it's hid from stupid school board members......Most school dictricts have a 'ABOVE' 10k bidding out process for contractors, under 10K there's no telling where the money goes right J.C.?*wink*...thus Risha's stealing just under 10K almost every time, over and over and over and over.......it all adds up to a surprisingly BIG amount.. more to come

They should all be persons of keen interest. The chickens have come home to roost. Should we designate this the "Year of Unscrupulous Officials” who run for cover or desire to star in an opera? Looks like some very dark clouds and severe policital and justice storms heading from the Clairton/West Mifflin region. Rig the USS McKeesport for some stormy political weather.
