The only one of the group that will get jail time is Kent. The rest will get probation.
I would use caution when referring to anything regarding this case. People have threatened to sue people over statements made on Twitter. Although there is absolutely no way a lawsuit could be filed over telling the truth they do not want hear it. They become very hostile and irrational so be careful about what you say.It is much more useful to address things with people in charge of prosecuting this case. They have phone numbers listed in their last press release for that very reason.

No "Wow" you can't be serious. I am not "stuoid" nor am I stupid. I wouldn't call someone a fool and then use improper grammar or misspell words. Why don't you do me a favor? Before you try to make any valid arguments or comebacks work on your spelling and grammar.
I served 6 months for a run on sentence back in 2002. It's really not anything to joke about.

You people are so jealous! So what if they play golf everyday or if they go on vacation every week. It is not your life, hell we can all tell that bc your on topics to much to have a life!! But anyway get over it if they go to jail then that's on them not you so get the f---k over it! Thank you and have a nice day
Are you aware of how crazy you sound ? Why would someone be jealous of someone going to prison ? Who wants to go to prison? Who would want to be the person that your whole town knows you lied and cheated them . Only person that would be jealous of someone like that would be a person as crazy as you are

Good ole Crittenden County...what would we do without people like you keeping a close watch on everyone?! Sounds like you have a miserable life if all you have to do is wait, watch, and hope they mess up.
Truth . Let people live their own life and do what they gotta do . Get up out of people business

Where will they be when they are sentenced? Will they be in Marion and won't they do all of them at same time? Or will they do them one at a time ? I know it's Thursday just didn't know where

This is a federal case so they will be sentenced in federal court in Little Rock. Two of the four men have already been sentenced the only two remaining are Hudson Hallum and his father Kent Hallum who managed the finances for his son's campaign. Not sure why all four of the men were not sentenced on the same day seems like a waste of time and money.

You're all crazy if you think that there is such a thing as a fair election. Every election is rigged. Remember how george w bush got in office?

It's just how the things work. They want the money guy, not the foot soldiers. They agree to spill their guts and they get probation. Money guy gets jail time.

Money guy? The one who took out the loan at bank or the one in charge of campaign fundraising? Because that is where the money actually came from the loan and campaign donations.
I wouldn't think the would hold donors accountable how were they to know what they were doing with the money.

I guess the money guy will be the one with the big fine and prison time. Guess it was better to be a soldier if there really is a better in this case.

You are so right. Unfortunately this is just the beginning of what most feel is still to come. Think this a mere bump in the road of legal troubles that lie ahead. Sadly you can't turn back time .
