According to the Peckman Study , Orange and Brevard counties , have a high Doom and Gloom outlook for at least the next 8 to 10 yrs., leading to a SEVERE area Recession . Citing a number of factors , High Prices , Road Congestion , High Street Crime , combined with Hurricane Weather . Concluding that people don't want the hassle of all that , there are other places to go.
