We are close to getting bond for this nice young man. He made a mistake and any attempts to incarcerate or prosecute should be avoided. This man needs rehabilitation. With this he will once again be a valuable member of society. I know this fine young leader. He should be immediately released.

7 arrests,,,carrying a firearm and numerous driver license suspensions. Michael May, waiting on the story of the judges that let these criminals roam the street after being arrested 7 times!!! hello? I'll contact city link, let them know all the stats I have been compiling on these people that injure others that should be in jail, judges names too. Then I will list how many times that I requested Michael Mayo to cover this story and he has refused. Dont worry michael, Ive documented all 12 times including the criminals names and dates I requested you to help. City Link will.

<<<<<<< <He will be taken to Brevard County pending an extradition hearing>>>>> >>>>>>

Compared to most other states, Florida has one of the better judicial systems but several rules of law have me scratching my head. This is one of them. Cops can be in fresh pursuit in Broward and head into Dade and arrest them but they cannot bring them back to Broward right away and have to "extradite" them.

The second is depositions. No other state in the nation that I know if allows defense attorney's to depose witnesses the way Florida does.

ROTFLOL I almost pee'd my pants that was so sarcastically good. I agree, someone will ACTUALLY think these dumb arse neegeers should be given a chance. They are typical of the black and immigrant population of South Florida.

Just to let you know why, under FL statutes, police in fresh pursuit and enter another county may arrest the subject they were in fresh pursuit of but they must deliver the subject to a police officer of that county and taken to the jail of that county. Its a statute that is seriously outdated and was designed to prevent one sheriff from going into another sheriff's territory back in the day without permission. Also, as far as depos yes it is ridiculious. Florida is only one of a handful of states that allow depositions. Federal does not. Its like testifying twice. The scumbag laywers use it to generate money for themselves and to determine what kind of case they have or try to use it to make a witness look like they are lying if they are slightly off in their testimony. However, most people don't know that you need a court order for any misdemeanors and can only be deposed once unless a court order is granted to depose a witness again. Again, depos are made by lawyers for lawyers (for financial gain).

Funny, the story says that the people were BEATEN and TIED UP... no one was shot, though. For all you know, the "gun" was a spray-painted plastic soft-air gun. What proof do you have that this was "gun violence"?

Maybe if the manager had had a gun instead of being yet another sheeple, he could have avoided the severe beating.

I don't get it, the story says that the manager had severe injuries, and yet it was he who escaped? Just how "severely" injured was he? Or is there no longer any meaning to words like "severe" and they can be thrown around to mean anything the writer wants?

He told police he was an Office Depot employee who was trying to get payback after the manager disciplined him, a police spokesman said.

This is why whites are afraid of blacks. They're animals. You can't make eye contact (same for gorillas by the way) and you can't discipline them.....they beat/shoot you. Get these animals out of our "used to be good" country.

Robbery checklist:
1. Brush teeth and grill before leaving crib;
2. Shine rims on cad-e-llac;
3. Slap ho' and steal last night's trickin' cash before leaving da crib, to go buy bottle of Thunderbird;
4. Put pants on with zipper to the front, but hanging low. Remember...zipper goes in da front..
5. Have cad-e-llac battery fully charged before going "to get paid" in the robbery.

Looks like these losers forgot #5 on the daily-robbery checklist.
